KoeigikuSunburst

I'll open it right away!
The aroma has a bit of a Senkou sense to it, with a hint of sourness and a slight lactic acidity. The taste is, as the name suggests, acidic! However, it also has a sweetness that makes it drinkable without feeling alcoholic. What makes it different from Senkou Beetle is the lack of bitterness. Beetle has a bitter taste, giving it a lemon squash feel, but Sunburst has more acidity than sweetness, and I don't feel any bitterness at all. Beetle seems to go really well with food, but Koei Chrysanthemum tastes wonderful as a stand-alone product. Kouei Kiku is delicious! I am also looking forward to the new sake season.
