I was able to buy a bottle of Snowman, so I opened it right away! The aroma is hard-hitting, dry, and very Yamadanishiki-esque! The taste is like an adult Calpis soda! It is dry with little sweetness, but it has a silky and fizzy taste. I drank the first batch the other day, but I don't think I can feel the lot difference yet. It's a bottle, so I'm really looking forward to seeing how the flavors evolve!!!

My daughter and wife got home from the hospital today, and to celebrate, I'm opening a bottle of Kaze no Mori! The aroma is gorgeous for a Kaze no Mori! It has a hard and ripe aroma. The taste has the hard, dry, and beautiful feeling that is typical of Kaze no Mori, but it is also very sweet and gorgeous on the palate. The price is high, but it is worth it! However, if you buy it as a Kaze no Mori, you may find it a bit different. Today I'm pairing it with sashimi, and it definitely goes well with it! Thanks for the great sake!!! Today is a special day, the birth of my first child, so I'm opening a new policy! The aroma is sour and hardy. The taste is delicious. It's been a while since I've had a Shinsei, but this is what Shinsei is all about. It's not alcoholic, but has a sourness, a gentle sweetness, and an astringency that comes from the wooden vat, and it's really delicious. This flavor can only be found in Shinsei. Personally, I would have liked a little more sweetness, but I think it's a little on the strong side for Shinsei. It's still the best! Colors is always good! Today I'm pairing it with amaebi (sweet shrimp), and I'm sure it will go well with it. Thank you for making me happy with your delicious sake.

It's the Yukidaruma I look forward to every year! The aroma is of koji! The taste is very dry with a soft and juicy flavor. The taste is very dry and smooth. It is so smooth and smooth from the moment the bottle is opened that you would think it was sparkling. There is almost no sweetness, and it is like an adult Calpis soda. Personally, I think it could be a little sweeter. Maybe it is because it is based on Yamadanishiki. The silky taste is as expected, and it does not leave a residue on the tongue. It is best to drink it by itself. Or, it is best to drink it with snacks. It is delicious this year, too! It will be gone soon. We are thankful for the delicious snowballs again this year.

It's snow heaven! We've secured another year! I am looking forward to it. The aroma is similar to Jungin and smells like white peaches. Good from the aroma! First, let's start with the supernatant. It's sweet and delicious! The spiciness is weaker than expected. The dryness is strong. The next is the "ogara-meshi". The sweetness softens, the dryness becomes softer, and the drinkability increases! It is still delicious! There is also jungin nama-sake, so we can compare them. I look forward to it every year. Thanks for always having great sake!

It's raw Tenbi! I missed buying Kuroten last time. The aroma is more fragrant than the fire-aged, with a muscat aroma. It's good! The taste is still very good! It has a fresh and crisp feeling that is typical of nama-shu, but it also seems to have more sweetness than usual. I'm pairing it with octopus yuzu kosho, and it's delicious! Always appreciate a good sake!!! I've got some Yukiten to look forward to!

This week's bottle is a bottle of Senkou! The aroma is nice, kind of green apple-y! The taste is green apple-like with acidity and a good amount of sweetness. There is also a dryness that comes from the Yamadanishiki, and it is well balanced. It can be drunk all the time on its own or with a meal. Sentori is definitely delicious! Thanks for a great tasting sake!

A bit pricey, but I'm buying this one! The scent is crazy gorgeous and fragrant. It has a sweet, pineapple-like aroma. The taste is just as sweet and delicious as the aroma, with no bitterness at all! This is delicious. Otters have an image of being rather refreshing, but this one is full of umami, yet easy to drink with little bitterness. I can see why it is so popular. The price is high, but I feel it is well worth it. Thanks for the delicious sake!

It's a holiday, so I'm opening it! The aroma is not that strong. The taste is rather dry, with a fizzy feeling, like a sparkling wine. I think it would have been better to drink it in summer. Delicious! I get the feeling that this is a sparkling with all of Sentori's technology! Thanks for always having great tasting sakes! Today I'm pairing it with barbecued pork!

I bought it because it was described as supreme in the bespoke order, so I just had to buy it. w The aroma is sweet and sour, but also smells like muscat, and white peaches. The taste is sweet at first, then a slight fizziness and bitterness, and then it's all gone. Delicious! It is easy to drink and I can recommend it, while still having a strong sake taste. The bitterness is not at all unpleasant, and it tastes great! It's a great sake that can be enjoyed as a mealtime drink or on its own! Thank you very much.

It's our anniversary, so I'll open a nice bottle! The aroma is sweet and mellow. I guess it comes from Hachitan. The taste is sweet and umami with little bitterness. I often feel bitterness in Hanayokyu, but this one has no bitterness at all, and the aroma is high, with sweet and umami flavors. It is delicious! The bitterness is gentle and just right. I guess it's just that you can't buy it very often. Very tasty! It is delicious with sashimi, Japanese food, and even when drunk alone. Thanks for a great tasting sake!

It's my first honored chrysanthemum of the season! Looking forward to it! The aroma is of acidity typical of Kouei Chrysanthemum. The aroma is a little dry? The taste is amazingly good! While it has the acidity typical of Koueikiku, the flavor is robust, and the umami and sweetness spread out. The bitter and sour taste lingers in the aftertaste, so it is not too sweet, and you can drink it without getting tired of it. I recommend this one! It has evolved as it ages. It is too delicious. Glad I got a bottle of this! I'm really thankful for good sake! Can't wait to try this season's Koei Kiku!

It's been a while since I've had a Houou Mita! The aroma is gorgeous and sweet, just like Hououmida. The taste is based on sweetness, but is more refreshing than expected. While the sweetness is felt at first, it is followed by a gentle bitterness that lingers beautifully. Hououmida has a relatively sweet image, but you can drink it all the time without getting tired of drinking it, while still getting a strong sense of umami. It is extremely delicious! It is a bit expensive, but I think it is a sake worth buying. Thanks for the delicious sake!

It is a gift. The aroma gives off the smell of a dry sake. The taste was quite prepared for it because it is super dry, but it is easy to drink, with a touch of koji and umami, and a crisp finish, just like a super dry sake. It has a strong koji taste, so people who don't like koji may not like it. I think it goes well with sashimi, but I think it also goes well with strong flavored food. People who like Kaijin may like it. It is a taste for the experts.

Bought it today as next week's sake, will open it! It's my favorite Amami as always! The aroma is dry and sour. Taste is great, with a consistent sweet and sour flavor! Of course it tastes great with food, but I personally like to drink it neat by itself. Maybe next month onwards they'll come out with some nama-sake, which I'm really looking forward to!!! Bought it yesterday, so it's open now! Differently designed from last year and a lot of fun! The aroma is based on Yamadanishiki, so it has a dry and slightly sweet aroma. The taste is based on Yamadanishiki, so I thought it would be dry, but it is more acidic than I expected, with a touch of sweetness. The taste is similar to that of a beetle. It is a bit rounded, probably due to its long aging. Personally, I prefer the assemblage. I think it could be sweeter. But I'm sure it's delicious, so I'll keep rooting for you! Thank you!

I'm drinking a Bodhi Hashiro Kaze no Mori that's been on my mind for a while! I plan to pair it with sukiyaki today. The aroma is typical of Kaze no Mori. The aroma is very nice with a hint of sourness! The taste is sour and sweet at first, but slowly fades away with a dry bitterness. Personally, my image of Bodai yeast is sweet, but I am not sure. If I say that it is a little sweeter than usual, it seems that way. The overall perfection is high, and it's damn tasty! This is a buy. I always thought I might want a little more sweetness, so I am just fine with it. I'm really thankful for good sake! It would go great with sukiyaki!

I opened a bottle that I received! The aroma is gorgeous with a nice ginjo aroma. The taste is dry and light with a sharp finish. It has a mellow and rich autumnal flavor. It has a relatively high alcohol content, so as recommended, it is best to drink it on the rocks. If you drink it with a piece of ice on top, the sharpness becomes softer, and you can feel the sweetness in the flavor. I prefer it with ice! It's good because you can definitely taste the umami and sweetness even with ice! Kubota is good sometimes. Thank you very much.

I just bought a bottle of Kaijin, so I'm going to drink it with sashimi! The aroma is quite distinctive, with a sour, slightly fermented food-like aroma. The mouthfeel is very refreshing, but there is also a good amount of bitterness and a unique lingering aftertaste that reminds us of rice. I think it would be delicious warmed up. It has more acidity than I expected, which I think gives it a clearer flavor. It's delicious! It has a bit of a sake smell, so I would not recommend it to beginners, but if you eat Japanese food with sake, I would recommend this bottle. It does have a bit of an odor, but the bitterness isn't harsh at all, so I can recommend it to beginners on that score!
