Single stick ferry The aroma is very mild muscat and pear, with a slight gasiness, and a nice sweetness of well-melted rice in a clear and refreshing way. Nice aftertaste, without any unpleasant tanginess. It is very easy to drink and can be served with food.

Sake was served while watching the Nagaoka Fireworks Festival. The nice view made the sake easy to drink. The slight orikara (a slight bitterness in the sake) added to the sweet aftertaste.
