At room temperature: Well-rounded and mellow, with good acidity and fruitiness. The rice flavor is at the back.
Heating up (50°C): The acidity and fruitiness settle down and become even mellower. The fullness of the rice flavor stands out. 9.5°C
The first aroma when opened is chocolate

In the mouth, peachy sweetness (and a bit of citrus) spreads and soaks in nicely.
