Today's sake is "Abe", No.1 in Niigata Prefecture (and No.18 in Japan) on SAKETIME
It is a modern style sake - I guess it has a characteristic acidity.
It is delicious.
The 6th generation brewer is a former employee of "Gurunavi" and I heard that this sake was made after thorough marketing.
This "Abe" is specially made for the "Imadeya" hanpukai.
