Stable and tasty. I'd drink this S-type by itself, not with a meal.
There was a sticker on the back of the bottle, so I peeled it off to see that the brewing vessel had been changed from a temperature-controlled tank to a wooden vat.
Well, since it is printed directly on the bottle, I couldn't help but peel it off and take a look (^^)
