Yesterday's nigori sake post made me want to drink the chili nigori sake I had last year, so I bought some.
I didn't open the bottle as the warning said... so it got wiped out😅.
Higher alcohol content than last year's 😋.

I recently found an active nigori sake at a liquor store I sometimes go to, but since I'm in a nigori sake cycle...

My son in Ueda bought it for me when he went back to his hometown.

I got the numbering 100, limited to 168 bottles: ✌️
It's a very good sake, with a nice, strong taste.
It is sweet and I think I will drink too much.

I bought this sake at a liquor store in Okazaki, which had a limited time store at Kanayama Sogo Station since last weekend.
Following last month, the first sake of the month is from Maruishi Brewery in Okazaki: ✌️
Nito was good, but this "Choyo" is quite good too😃.
The alcohol content is a little low.

This time Shinshu Kamerei is Yamae Nishiki.

Nagano R yeast R is R for apple and this sake is like a white wine.
I noticed that both of the 2 4-gou bottles were empty.

We tasted a variety of sake and today we chose sparkling nigori sake😅.
We had a delicious sake with my daughter and son-in-law at our cottage in Omachi.

As usual, I went to Okazaki Sake Brewery and bought some Kamerei (^^)v

It seems that this sake is brewed with water from the Shimanto River.
It is dry and crisp.
