The second sake from Kami no I Shuzo is a junmai sake.
The first sake was strong in alcohol, but the slightly lower alcohol content made it a bit more refreshing, but Junmai is delicious.
Tonight I will enjoy a nice sake at a leisurely pace.

I was not able to go to the sake brewery opening at Kami no I Sake Brewery this year, but my daughter-in-law bought some for me.
Today is my granddaughter's 4 month anniversary and we are celebrating with sake from Kami no I.

Last week, when I went to the Saburi Pond Ume Festival, I happened to see a booth from Kisomura and bought some.
I had it with a katakuchi, a sake cup that I recently purchased.
It was lightly matured and melted.
Delicious!
I wonder if it mellows out when you put it in a katakuchi? 😅

I saw the kataguchi by Tokopo and thought it was nice, so I found a set with a nice Tokoname-yaki sake cup and bought it.
It can hold about 1 cup, so I decided to finish drinking after drinking what I put in the katakuchi and I try not to drink too much😅.

As usual, we bought a bottle of "freshly squeezed sake from the vat" and celebrated my son-in-law and granddaughter's 100th day 🎉.

There was a Tohoku products exhibition in the concourse of Kanayama Sogo Station and I bought some nigori sake.
It was a bit different from what I was expecting, but it was enough to get me drunk 😅.
The jasmine-like aroma was....well.....it was something.

Today, there were many brands to choose from, but I chose a sake from Gifu.
It has a refreshing taste without any peculiarities.

I bought some local Aichi sake at my usual liquor store for the year-end and New Year's holidays.
At the end of the year, I opened a bottle of Gichii.
It is a very good price for Gikyo Gohyakumangoku, and it goes down very easily for a sake...be careful not to drink too much.
It is very chili, which I like.

It's a nice cloudy, shwashy sake.

On a trip to Nagano, I found a variety of sake at a roadside station. I bought one because it had a pop-up that said something like "sweet with just the right amount of acidity".

No, no, it was sharp and dry, and definitely tangy.
It was a little different from my taste, but I wanted to try it lukewarm or something.
We had it with some goya (bitter melon) that we received and some boiled white goya (bitter melon) from our house.
