With PayPay points redeemed, I made a stop on my way home from work and bought a bottle of Gikyo at my usual liquor store.
They said it was a recent addition to their sake collection and they recommended it.
I opened the bottle and poured it into one sip...white.
I thought it was acidic and shwashy😊.
I thought...
When I drank it, I found it to be a little tingly and lightly banana-like.
Delicious. It's so refreshing, I think I'll drink too much.
It was natural that it looked a little white because it was made from tailings😅.
I had a barbecue at my parents' house and the second half, sake was served.
Abe
But there's something written on it with a warning 😅.
Like other sake with a warning? I opened it normally...
Pop! With a "pop" sound, the seal and the lid flew away 😅. and the lid flew away somewhere😅.
It's a delicious and shwashy liquor...
I worked in Tahara City for a week and brought back a souvenir? I bought it at a liquor store near Mikawa-Tawara station.
It is sweet and delicious 😋.
It has an alcohol content of 16-17 degrees, but it is so smooth that you don't feel the alcohol content and you might drink too much.
I arrived in Tahara City early because I have to work in Tahara City from tomorrow. I went to Tahara City early, wandered around the area, and bought a one-cup bottle of Houraisen (^^)v
It's not fruity or shwashy, but it's easy to drink.
I hope I can make it through the week with this 😅.
It is a sake based plum wine.
This sake was released the day before yesterday and arrived yesterday.
My daughter and son-in-law said they also drink regular Shiraubai well, so they could understand the nouveau feeling.
Mr. Gen Hoppy. Local sake, I knew it would be good. And the sake cups are also nice. You can taste it with your palms and fingertips, can't you?
No, it's nice to drink with your daughter. My daughter will be old enough to drink next April. I'm looking forward to it 🍶.
Thank you, Jay & Nobby.
My daughter taught me how to make sakénawa, but she had to stop drinking for a while because of the birth of her child (grandson), but recently she lifted the ban and we have been drinking together for a while.
Tokopo, your daughter will be able to drink alcohol this coming April!
My daughter and son-in-law are also happy and say they are looking forward to it.
Since yesterday, I have been on a 🍺 drinking tour at my colleague's parents' house.
Yesterday, we went to Futamiura married couple rocks, and today we went to Ise Jingu Shrine and bought Ura-hanzo at Okage Yokocho.
It is piri-piri and smells faintly of rice.
We have enjoyed the delicious food of Mie Prefecture.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby.
Thank you for your comment.
We enjoyed delicious food in Mie Prefecture on Saturday and Sunday, and today we had drinks with our daughter for the first time in a while.
This was a drink brought in by a junior staff member at a drinking party known as the company's product exhibition.
It was well received by everyone in attendance.
I brought this sake to a drinking party called the company's product exhibition.
Everyone got to taste the fruity flavor of the unfiltered, unpasteurized sake😊.
It has been a long time since I have had Akanesasu.
When my son was in Nagano, I used to buy them at Tsuruya when I went to Nagano, but it's been a while since he came back...
I could also buy it in Aichi Prefecture😋.
Fruity and a little tangy!
It is a stable taste.
I found it last week at an Aeon in Tokoname and bought it because of its interesting label.
Last night, I opened the package with my daughter-in-law.
I could feel the tingling sensation and the taste of the rice.
I bought it because they were selling a white shrimp that I had not seen very often.
It is said to be a Haze label.
It is dry, refreshing, ricey, and finally tangy and delicious.
This is my first post in a few months.
I opened a bottle of empty draft sake for my son-in-law's birthday and my xxx celebration.
It's refreshing, sweet, and delicious 😋.
It's been a while since I've had sake, so I only had 2 cups.
Hi Gen Hoppy 😃
Happy Birthday to your son-in-law 🎂 and congratulations to Gen Hoppy on something ㊗️ 🎉!
A perfect bottle to celebrate! Two glasses would be a long time to enjoy 😋.
The second sake from Kami no I Shuzo is a junmai sake.
The first sake was strong in alcohol, but the slightly lower alcohol content made it a bit more refreshing, but Junmai is delicious.
Tonight I will enjoy a nice sake at a leisurely pace.
I was not able to go to the sake brewery opening at Kami no I Sake Brewery this year, but my daughter-in-law bought some for me.
Today is my granddaughter's 4 month anniversary and we are celebrating with sake from Kami no I.
Happy Birthday!
Your grandson is 4 months old! Congratulations 🎊
I think you were toasting your "100 days 🎉" just the other day😊.
Every day is an anniversary already 🍶Kanpai!
Last week, when I went to the Saburi Pond Ume Festival, I happened to see a booth from Kisomura and bought some.
I had it with a katakuchi, a sake cup that I recently purchased.
It was lightly matured and melted.
Delicious!
I wonder if it mellows out when you put it in a katakuchi? 😅
KATAGUCHI, GUIGUCHI, it's wonderful!
I like that type, too. The color and texture. The color, the texture, the taste of the sake is increased by a few percent.
I saw the kataguchi by Tokopo and thought it was nice, so I found a set with a nice Tokoname-yaki sake cup and bought it.
It can hold about 1 cup, so I decided to finish drinking after drinking what I put in the katakuchi and I try not to drink too much😅.
