This time it's from Mie Prefecture.
I poured it into a cup instead of the usual sake cup.
I poured it like a bar owner.

I think it was a little over 1 gou?
The aroma is melon? It tastes like grapes.

The tasting room was changed this year.
Compared to last year, there were many more kinds of tastings and we tried many different kinds of sake.
I opened a bottle of sake I bought from the limited sale.
It is very fruity & shwashy, my favorite.

I bought this Shiraoi at the Plum Festival.
I had never seen the label before, but it was a collaboration with a Chinese restaurant in Chita City, and it is apparently only available in stores and through tax payment.
It tastes better lukewarm than cold. It also has a nice aroma.

Last Sunday, I went to the "Horoinohi Nosume" held at the Ume no Yakata in Saburi.
The plum blossoms were almost finished, but I went to compare sake from Chita sake breweries and bought a bottle of Shiraoi sake to take home.
I bought some Shiraoi sake and had it lukewarm.
Heating sake is also good.
