I bought some more this weekend. The amount of nigori is amazing. Not only is it sweet, but it is crisp. I enjoy rolling it around on my tongue.

It's the weekend, so I bought it on my way home from work. The label and the sentence on the pop-up got me. The hamachi (yellowtail) from Toyohama was also a good price, so I paired it with it.

At Houraisen Ginjo Kobo, I was in the mood for heated sake today, so I grabbed this one instead of the draft 😊.
It's cold as the temperature drops, but it's great heated over a charcoal fire while slowly warming up 🍶. It's refreshing even when heated. I can drink it forever.
Stopped by the brewery on the way home from another outing today and bought some. It tastes good. The sardines from Toyohama in Chita were reported in this morning's newspaper to have landed in large quantities. The fatty white sardines are also very tasty. The bowl is a Tokoname ware I bought the other day. The first game of the Japan Series ⚾️ has started, so let's take it easy tonight 🍶.

Purchased at a sake brewery. The summer nigorigo was good, but it had the same flavor and was very robust. Just as recommended. Delicious.
I was worried about whether it would go well with yakisoba, but I needn't have worried. The acidity from the umami flavor is enough to accept yakisoba as well. I'm looking forward to drinking it cold or hot.
Tis the season😋 for heated sake. I bought some Shiraoi at the supermarket yesterday. Lukewarm sake takes it all.
Today, at the Tokoname Ware Festival, I was able to get a very, very good price for the sake cups and shochu bowls that I like, even though they are B-grade!
So I took a picture of them again. They will be very useful this fall and winter.

I went on a day trip today to manage (mow) a "separate house" in Toyone Village.
On the way home, I made sure to stop by Houraisen Ginjo Kobo. While I was attracted by the hiyaoroshi sake, I went to the corner where they sell fresh sake by weight. I was torn between a dry ginjo and a dry sake, but I decided on this one because of its gorgeousness and the fullness that came over me.
After returning home, I decided to drink it today. I'm drinking it now. The taste does not betray my expectations. My wife commented, "It's delicious! She commented, "It's delicious, it's delicious, it's delicious!

It is brewed by Mr. Yamazaki from Mizutani Sake Brewery. Firm flavor. The acidity is perfect for the summer heat.
