After a pleasant drink 🍶 at a long-established izakaya in Fushimi, Nagoya, I had another one at home.
I like Tomiou after all. It will stay with you for a long time.
Sake purchased in Fushimi. The label says "the spring", so I saved it for a visit to a relative's house later in the GW season.
It has a robust flavor with a hint of sweetness. Perfect with spring vegetables.
I would like to try other seasonal sakes as well!

Local Chiba sake at my daughter's dance competition in Makuhari. The sake was fresh and easy to drink. The yakitori was delicious and the waitstaff was wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised!

This is the second sake purchased from a brewery in Shizuoka City! Following the rough running opened last week, this time the same sake was filtered.

During a trip to Shizuoka City, I had a little time to visit a sake brewery. I was given a very detailed explanation and tasting. Yum! I bought two bottles of raw sake, one rough and one filtered 😊 I also got a bottle of the brewing water, which was very soft! It was a nice brewery.
