Every year, I have to drink "Haru-ura," which is a must-drink. It's a little late this year, but I'll have it. It is a little dry and has a good acidity. Good cold or warmed. Perfect for this season. Pair it with rape blossoms and savor the spring.

The other day, my son who lives in Fushimi came home with a friend. I received it as a souvenir from that friend. Today there was a happy ceremony at work, so I opened it 🍶. Refreshing. Elegant taste. It complements dishes that make the most of the flavors of the ingredients (namasu, nanohana (rape blossoms), and sashimi from the sea bream)! I'm so happy.

I went to the sake brewery open house again this year! I went with Gen Hoppy. It was really nice. It makes me want to visit different breweries. The sake is fresh and easy to drink. It's so nice!

During a trip to Shizuoka City, I had a little time to visit a sake brewery. I was given a very detailed explanation and tasting. Yum! I bought two bottles of raw sake, one rough and one filtered 😊 I also got a bottle of the brewing water, which was very soft! It was a nice brewery. Taste. Very tasty. Fruity. Melon. Slightly tangy. It's the best.

I got it when I visited my uncle who lives in Kashima City. We also toured the sake brewery street in Hama (from the car window). I would like to visit there again. The taste is as good as you would expect. The balance of various tastes is exquisite. And the gasiness. I want to keep it on my tongue forever. But after swallowing, I feel happiness passing through my nose. This is delicious!

Before I had opened the three bottles I bought in Fushimi, I visited Fushimi again for some reason, so I bought two more bottles. I bought two more bottles of my favorite Tomio's Nama🍶. Just the right amount of sweetness and flavor. And fresh! I'm going Kuikui, but watch out for the 19 degrees: ⚠️ Congratulations to Gen Hoppy ㊗️ Cheers!

Fushimi is the second of three bottles purchased at Yume Hyakushu🍶. It's a "celebration." I had heard it was sweet, but this is the first time I've had this sweet. It is banana🍌. I've never heard sake described as banana until now. I had been thinking, "What? I knew you were talking about this! Ehhhhh 😊
