I bought this sake at a liquor store in Okazaki, which had a limited time store at Kanayama Sogo Station since last weekend. Following last month, the first sake of the month is from Maruishi Brewery in Okazaki: ✌️ Nito was good, but this "Choyo" is quite good too😃. The alcohol content is a little low.

At a store in Sakae, I told them what I wanted...for some reason they recommended a very local sake and I bought it. This is... delicious 😋. Fruity, shwashy 😋. Delicious.

I was very curious about Ni-Rabbit, so I bought some. There were no 4-gou bottles available, so I bought a bottle of sake😅. There were Yamadanishiki and Dewa Sanzan, but I chose Omachi. It is fruity and has a nice sharpness.

On my trip to Nagano on Saturday and Sunday, I stopped by Okazaki Sake Brewery as usual. This time Shinshu Kamerei is Yamae Nishiki. We are happy to have a delicious sake today as well.

Nishinomon, forgot to post the second part 😅. Nagano R yeast R is R for apple and this sake is like a white wine. I noticed that both of the 2 4-gou bottles were empty.

On my trip to Nagano, I went to Zenkoji temple and visited a sake brewery in Nishinomon. We tasted a variety of sake and today we chose sparkling nigori sake😅. We had a delicious sake with my daughter and son-in-law at our cottage in Omachi.

This time, I went to Ueda where my son was staying to coincide with the fireworks display at Suwa Lake. As usual, I went to Okazaki Sake Brewery and bought some Kamerei (^^)v Slightly tingling, fruity flavor, always delicious!

It has been a long time since I posted this. My daughter-in-law went to Shikoku and bought this for me. It seems that this sake is brewed with water from the Shimanto River. It is dry and crisp.

I opened a bottle of Kuheiji that I bought with Masumi the other day 😋. I served it with Tan-kunsei, which I bought at Nakajima Brewery's sake brewery opening... It's an easy-drinking sake with a little bit of a chili flavor.

I bought this sake after tasting it at the recent Nakajima Brewery release. Before I went, I thought it would be the usual white label, but I was attracted to this "Aoi to Akane" and bought this one. Nice aroma when you open the bottle😅. Like Kozaemon White Label, Omachi, it's delicious!

I went to Nakajima Brewing's Spring Banquet 2023. It's been a while, but as usual, there was an aged one, so I bought it. 1BY aged sake. It was a 1BY aged sake, a little tingling, with a taste peculiar to aged sake in the aftertaste... I am enjoying it with conger eel tempura, wondering if it was originally a refreshing type of sake.

I went to Ueda to see Hanamomo (peach blossoms) and bought this at the usual roadside station. It is a draft sake, but it is refreshing and easy to drink, so be careful not to drink too much.

I have never had Maruichi Sake Brewery, although it is quite close to me, and I had wanted to try it after reading Tokopo's post... I cheated on my last purchase with nigori sake and went to the brewery to buy some when they ran out of nigori sake. It's fresh and easy to drink. It is unfiltered raw so be careful not to drink too much ⚠️

My former boss is from Agui, and when we held a "Sake 🍶 meeting" on the island, we were allowed to drink Hoshizumi🍶. It is easy to drink, isn't it? I've never been to a sake brewery either, but I'm hoping to visit one someday...!
