I just got back from my parents' house and opened a bottle of Two Rabbit Zodiac with my son-in-law. Chilli, stable and delicious 😋. I thought my first sake of the year would be... but it turned out to be my second 😅.

I bought some local Aichi sake at my usual liquor store for the year-end and New Year's holidays. At the end of the year, I opened a bottle of Gichii. It is a very good price for Gikyo Gohyakumangoku, and it goes down very easily for a sake...be careful not to drink too much. It is very chili, which I like.

After a 🍺rennenkai with my seniors, I bought some 🍶 sake from a brewery in Okazaki at a limited time store at Kanayama station. It's a nice cloudy, shwashy sake. Not bad 😋.

It's been a while since I've been to Kanayama Transit. Happy Friday as usual. Today's sake was Toyama's Akebono. Junmai is good! However, the Happy Friday here is cheap: 1,000 yen (tax not included) for beer, sake, highball, and small snacks.

At my daughter's housewarming party, we toasted with Shinshu Kamerei, which my son bought in Ueda, and my daughter-in-law's home-cooked dishes. We also had a highball from Chita, our hometown, and had a happy time.

Today, my first grandchild was born and to celebrate, I bought some at my usual liquor store on my way home from work. It is quite emotional. The sake is fragrant, a little tangy, and Kozaemon is delicious~!

On a trip to Nagano, I found a variety of sake at a roadside station. I bought one because it had a pop-up that said something like "sweet with just the right amount of acidity". 😅 No, no, it was sharp and dry, and definitely tangy. It was a little different from my taste, but I wanted to try it lukewarm or something. We had it with some goya (bitter melon) that we received and some boiled white goya (bitter melon) from our house.

I have been in Nagano for a long time. I bought some at Tsuruya again. This time, for some reason, it didn't blow up when I opened the cap a little... I've never had such a problem before, but when I drank it, it was the usual schwash... But when I drank it, it was delicious.

I was watching 📺 "The Art of Weekend Travel" on Amazon Prime Video and I wanted to drink... I opened a new sake. This time it's from Mie Prefecture. I poured it into a cup instead of the usual sake cup. I poured it like a bar owner. (I wanted to try it 😅) I think it was a little over 1 gou? The aroma is melon? It tastes like grapes. Arisa Mizuki is beautiful 😊.
