With PayPay points redeemed, I made a stop on my way home from work and bought a bottle of Gikyo at my usual liquor store.
They said it was a recent addition to their sake collection and they recommended it.
I opened the bottle and poured it into one sip...white.
I thought it was acidic and shwashy😊.
I thought...
When I drank it, I found it to be a little tingly and lightly banana-like.
Delicious. It's so refreshing, I think I'll drink too much.
It was natural that it looked a little white because it was made from tailings😅.
