Tsuji Zenbei Junmai Ginjo Omachi Tochigi Prefecture
A slightly carbonated sake with a bitter aftertaste.
I knew it would go well with food.
It has very little aroma, a little sweetness, a little carbonation, and a bitterness that tightens up the flavor😊.

Characteristics of ALPHA 8 ver.2: thicker liquid, color (champagne gold), aroma (nuance of grape and rice itself), less sweet than the previous version, but more three-dimensional due to the thickening, clear aftertaste with acidity, moderate grain-derived flavor on the tongue. Compared to the previous ver.1, there is a big difference, so please check out the evolution process.

Toyopai Junmai Daiginjo
As is typical of Toyoupai, it has a sweet and round mouthfeel, but it was surprisingly crisp and strong.
I prefer the regular Toyopai, but my impression is that it's good for sipping 😊 delicious😋.

This one is mellow on the palate, slightly sweet and fruity. I like this sake because it is not sweet and has a bitter taste at the end. As expected advanced level🥺🥺!
