This is the first time I have had Loman. It is a mild sake, easy to drink, and I like it very much, The label changes color depending on where you look at it, which is nice. I think it goes well with sashimi.

We had a saku at Treat near Exibu in Toba City, Mie Prefecture. The fittings were lobsters and abalone. How could they not go well together? Too delicious! That's all.

I found it at Urahasen and Koyama Shoten and bought it without hesitation. The mild taste did not disappoint my expectations. I paired it with firefly squid in soy sauce. It also went well with this. Highly recommended!

I had this sake to compare with Hayashi. This one is higher in the Toyama sake ranking, but I found the Hayashi Junmai Ginjo easier to drink. I enjoyed it with a snack called "bataata".

This was the first time I had a bottle of Hououmita's Black Phoenix. This one was really good! The first taste when I opened it was Han? Is the alcohol strong? I thought it might be a little alcoholic, but the taste kept changing, and at the end I could feel the mild sweetness and deliciousness. It's a certified repeat!
