LAGOON BREWERY is a brewery in Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture. It is a small brewery located near Fukushima Lagoon, which is selected as one of the 100 best natural spots in Japan and is a migratory bird flying site. While new sake brewing licenses were not granted, the brewery obtained a conditional license and has been producing doburoku and other alcoholic beverages based on sake production technology since 2021. SAKE Margherita is a SAKE like a pizza margherita, brewed with Niigata City tomatoes, rice, and basil, and has the flavor of a SAKE version of a pizza margherita, combining the delicious, sour, and bitter tastes of rice, tomatoes, and basil. You can enjoy the taste of SAKE's version of Pizza Margherita.

Yamazan Sake Brewery is a sake brewery founded in 1867 in Ueda, Shinshu, Japan, which resumed sake production in February 2023 after a dormant period since 2015. Rooted in the local community, the brewery is committed to making attractive sake through a fusion of tradition and innovation, paying attention to every grain of rice and drop of water. Please enjoy "Sanada Rokubun Sen," named after the family crest of the Sanada family of Shinshu Ueda, which was inherited from the previous generation, and "Yamasan," a new brand named after the brewery.

Part of Shinsei's top-of-the-line Astral Plateau line, Farmer's Art Introduction is a sake brewed with Rikuwa No. 132, a classic rice produced in Akita during the Taisho Era (1912-1926).
This one is brewed with special "Rikuwa" rice grown in Shinsei Sake Brewery's own rice fields in "Uyo," a "pesticide-free sake rice hometown.
The name "Noumin Geijutsu no Kairon" comes from a draft of Kenji Miyazawa, who devoted himself to the popularization of "Rikuwa".
