Kamikawa Taisetsu Hokkai Do! Local Convenience Store in Hokkaido This sake is a Seicomart exclusive! The color is a little yellowish and the aroma is a little ricey. The rice aroma spreads on the palate and was a good match for the Hon Tuna sashimi🐟 and Aburi🔥✨.

Shungiku Haruhi Comparison of Koyama Sake Bessatsuu and regular version. The color of the "Betsuatsuu" was cloudy with a hint of ooze, and the cork jumped when the bottle was opened. The aroma is the same as the regular version, but the mouthfeel is fizzy, light, and very tasty!

It is not as famous in the industry as hiyaoroshi, but when written in Chinese characters, it is called nagoshi-zake, and is used by a very small number of breweries. The connotation is that it is sake that has just passed through the summer and spent one summer in a cool brewery in September, when the cool breeze begins to blow. The astringent and angular taste of new sake is now rounded out, and the sake has a moderate freshness, richness, lightness and mellowness, and is truly an "Autumn Run" flavor.
