This sake is made with AK-35, a highly aromatic yeast, and is a "light nigori" sake with lees that dance like the snow on Mt. Fuji's soft water, and while it is a pure sake, it is popular among women as well. Although it has a sweet taste, it is easy to drink and goes well with meals.
It is best to enjoy it chilled or on the rocks with one ice cube. You will enjoy its refreshing impression.
The color is lightly cloudy and it has a sweet aroma.
It is fresh and delicious in the mouth!

One and only" sake brewed with original yeast by the toji, Taiichi Iizuka
This sake is made with Niigata-grown Yamadanishiki and brewed with "Yukitsubaki yeast" extracted from the flowers of the camellia japonica. This junmai unfiltered sake has the full flavor of Yamadanishiki, a refreshing sweet and sour aroma characteristic of yeast, a refreshing acidity, a slight gaseous sensation in the mouth, and a fruity flavor in harmony.
It is delicious with a sense of gas and sweetness.

Abe Summer Sake
Abe Summer Sake" is the only sake brewed by Abe Shuzo with the season in the product name.
It is a "Tank No. 2" made with "Gohyakumangoku" for the koji rice and "Koshibuki" for the kake rice, both polished to 60%.
It is a summer sake, which means it is very refreshing and has a clean aftertaste that makes it easy to drink 😃.
The sweetness seems to be less than other Abe series and it was very tasty 😋.

My family bought this for me as a souvenir.
The aroma was faintly woody.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a juicy sweetness and the aroma of barrels spreads in your mouth with a nice aftertaste.
The label is simple and I don't think I will be able to buy it in the future, but I enjoyed it 😋.
