Aizu Miyazumi Watabune No.2 Junmai Ginjo Aizu Miyazumi Watashu No.2 Junmai-Ginjo, a once-fired sake made from 50% polished rice of Watashu No.2, a rare sake rice that is said to be a mirage. Excellent with oden soup stock. ✊🏻 happily felt, good balance of umami and rice sweetness!
