It has a fresh aroma with a hint of apple🍎😊In the mouth, there is a gassy feeling even though it is fire-brewed 😘It has a slight umami and sweetness🥰and finishes with a good acidity and a hint of bitterness🥰It is a well-balanced and delicious sake 😚👍.
