Purchased at a local liquor store during an expedition to Gunma! I opened the bottle with the caution ⚠️ in mind when opening the bottle...! Even though I was aware of it, I was surprised‼️ aroma: a faint, fruity aroma of rice, and already, a shriek! It's already a sparkling wine...this is delicious 😋I examined it while feeling the high quality...Gunma's local sake is not to be underestimated...it's delicious 🍶.

Fruity and sweet aroma like pear...gasiness like only direct pumping can give.... Fresh...a moderate bitterness from the sweet taste typical of the Machida brewery...delicious enough to drink on its own...I'm sipping it with a side dish of assorted fish directly from the port of Yawatahama...it goes well with white fish! Sea bream, black porgy, burdock root, red sea bream, white sea bream, mmmm...sea bream is delicious 😋!

Brewed by Sakata Fermentation in Sakata, Yamagata Michinoku Yamagata Doburoku, limited edition of fragrant gin doburoku My favorite Sakata Fermentation 😆 This time, we have a new product, "Aroma Gin Dobu", which was not available before. This time it was "Aroma Gin Dobu" which was very rare! First of all, I drank only the supernatant. What a great taste! It's gassy and full of sweetness and umami 😆. Then I mixed it and drank it as doburoku. I knew it was a stable Sakata Fermentation 😆. It's so good backslash! Gorgeous aroma and gaseous taste and the super flavor of the rice It's an excellent harmony 😂.

At the usual restaurant The third glass was a different yeast from the usual Kurodobu, the first of 5 different yeasts that are shipped out every month 😆. 601 is the oldest yeast currently available from the Association and is said to have a mild, clear aroma and umami (flavor).

Among all the nigoris I've ever had, this is definitely the best, It is definitely the best nigori I have ever had 😋😋😋😋😋😋. It's a heaven of sludge and shuwa shuwa 😂😂. [What a firm Machida 😆]. Machida Brewery's customary specs undisclosed items. The pear 🍐-like aroma, slight fizziness, sweet and fruity attack, and pleasant bitterness in the aftertaste, the Machida Brewery's characteristics are still intact. It has a gorgeous taste, and I don't have the palate to comment on the differences from the Machida Brewery in my memory😅. If I were to pair it with a meal, I think it would be better with something well seasoned, like fried food or sweet and spicy simmered dishes 😊. ...so I guess it would go well with katsu-ni (pork cutlet stew) 😋...

This is another favorite of mine, Yamama, this time an active junmai ginjo. The lid almost flew off! Close it immediately! I was so close... 5 minutes after opening the bottle, the taste is sweet and bitter with a strong bitterness and sparkling rice... I can't believe it's a sake anymore... delicious... and I can drink it again at 🙆♂️ as a food sake! I want to drink it again!
