Great to have it available and drinkable again this year! Opening the bottle, again this year, was tricky and the fizziness was amazing. The fizziness and low alcohol? It was so smooth and easy to drink, I finished it in no time. I'll drink it again next year.

This Sake is bright and slightly tart. There are flavors of apple and a hint of pear. A medium mouth feel with acidity to clean your pallet. Nicely refreshing.

Although the label is damaged, the Sake is a beautiful melon flavor with a hint of banana. There is also some acidity to give it some dryness at the finish. Good balance between sweet and dry with a medium mouth feel. Excellent!

This is another favorite of mine, Yamama, this time an active junmai ginjo. The lid almost flew off! Close it immediately! I was so close... 5 minutes after opening the bottle, the taste is sweet and bitter with a strong bitterness and sparkling rice... I can't believe it's a sake anymore... delicious... and I can drink it again at 🙆♂️ as a food sake! I want to drink it again!

[What a firm Machida 😆]. Machida Brewery's customary specs undisclosed items. The pear 🍐-like aroma, slight fizziness, sweet and fruity attack, and pleasant bitterness in the aftertaste, the Machida Brewery's characteristics are still intact. It has a gorgeous taste, and I don't have the palate to comment on the differences from the Machida Brewery in my memory😅. If I were to pair it with a meal, I think it would be better with something well seasoned, like fried food or sweet and spicy simmered dishes 😊. ...so I guess it would go well with katsu-ni (pork cutlet stew) 😋...

Nakanori-san from last year's Shinshu Jizake distribution times that I drank last week: ‼️ Usually sweet and simply delicious 😋. I think I liked the secret course better with more flavor on it. It has a taste that is typical of Shinshu sake, and would go well with soba noodles or even meat 😋. This kind of sake is perfect for a regular drink 👍

The last sake to be introduced at the welcome party was by Nakanori-san, a Kiso connection, since we were unable to prepare sake from Yukawa-san, who brewed Shirakiku in Okunonoto. A comparison of contrasting drinks from Shinshu and Ishikawa. It is the ultimate in rich sweetness, sweet and delicious. It is not clingy, but easy to drink. The sake rice is Miyamanishiki. This sake was the first to disappear.

I've been curious about this local Saitama sake 🍶 for a while, but never had the chance. You should read the endorsement carefully...the lid "pops" when you open the bottle. Tonight, we have a first in the series, this one from the Higashitsuru Sake Brewery in Saga Prefecture. It seems to be a 🌸🍶 spring sake, but I'll have it in delay mode as usual😅. From the opening of the bottle, it has a gorgeous acidity and a nice greenish pineapple aroma 🍍☺️ The top clear layer is sweet and acidic and juicy, but the second half is characterized by bitterness, making it easy to drink 😋. The sake rice is different, but I think the quality is similar to that of Hana-yosuyu. Saga still has a lot of good sake 🥳.
