My first Kurosawa. Just after opening the bottle, the cork blew up to the ceiling. When you pour it, it fires strongly. When you drink it, it is refreshing like a carbonated drink. Immediately afterwards, a strong flavor and a strong alcohol feeling rushes in. There is no sweetness, and the mellowness of the umami and nigori is addictive. It is a very delicious sake. Apparently it's a blend of 4 different types of sake.
Oden with a side of oden
It's a dangerous sake with a gentle sweetness that is typical of Shinshu sake and a bitter and astringent taste that will keep you going 😆.
