Fruity sweetness in the mouth?
Then comes the spiciness, and finally it kicks in like water and doesn't linger.
It's an amazing drink 🥃.
This is perfect with food!
I felt the spirit of the brewer in this bottle!
First time in Urasato light nigori: ‼️
I'm looking forward to it since it's the cloudy one everyone raves about 😊.
The aroma is more subdued than I expected 🤔.
The taste is quite dry and refreshing while still having the umami of the rice.
It is quite dry and refreshing 🤔❗️
It seems to go well with a variety of meals👍
It's delicious 😃.
My wife bought a bottle of this by mistake.
She bought 2 bottles by mistake😅.
Happy miscalculation‼️
The first bottle is alone ❗️
I would like to compare the second bottle with Hirotogawa's Nigoromi which is on standby 😊.
I would like to compare it with Hirotogawa's Nigorizumi which is waiting for me 😊.
Chobin, Urasato's Nigori 2nd is seriously delicious 😋 your wife's mistake is great 🤣 I drank 2 bottles of it on repeat and I'm glad I was able to repeat it 😆.
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol content 15
Ogawa yeast (Association No. 10)
The psudo💨 aroma upon opening the bottle is subdued and sweet, but it is easy to drink.
The Urasato series brewed by Chikara is easily accepted by those who are not familiar with sake because of its fashionable night sky label and easy drinking, just like the young master brewer ✨.
This is a candidate for the first sake my niece, who turned 20 this year, and I will drink together 🎉.
Good evening, Chizu-san.
Speaking of Ogawa yeast, I remember you and Urasato-san telling me about it before at Sake no Wa ✨.
I'm very interested in this sweet and refreshing sake 🎵.
You have a good relationship with your niece🍀.
I'm looking forward to my first drink 😊.
Thank you, ma-ki- 😆.
The sixth generation of the Urasato brewery, named after the fifth generation Ogawa yeast developer, is doing a great job, so please give it a try ✨.
I'm serious about making my niece a sake lover while having fun 🙋.
Good morning, Chizu 😃.
It's wonderful that your niece's first sake was Urasato Junmai Ginjo Nama Hashiwa 👍I'm looking forward to her sake life after that 😊.
Sake, it's intoxicating to see her fall in love with it. ☺️
2nd lot of Urasato Usunigori ❣️
Manachie-san said it was better than Hiroto nigori, which I love 😁 I was curious about it so I popped it in.
Then I got my third bottle of Hiroto Nigori in the neighborhood to compare 👍.
I asked my partner to participate in the blind comparison because I might become a Hiroto lover if I was the only one lol.
This is a review including the taste change from the first day of opening the bottle to the third day.
First, Urasato ❣️
On the first day, the banana aroma is like Hiroto 🎶.
The difference is that the sweetness and sourness of the Urasato is stronger
It has a clean aftertaste.
Second day, not much change from the first day.
On the third day, the taste is similar to that of Hiroto Nigori, and according to my partner, it's hard to tell that it's blind 💦(lol).
But the Urasato still has a more refreshing aftertaste👍.
Good evening, T.KISO😄Interesting drinking comparison ‼️Urasato was served outside drinking before and was impressive delicious 😋Hirotogawa is waiting in the fridge 😆.
The winner of this one is...
Both are winners 🏆I'm looking forward to opening Hirotogawa more and more❣️
The top aroma is fruity and sweet like muscat. The taste is sweet and sour with a touch of bitterness and a crisp, refreshing finish. The rice used for this sake is Hitanishiki rice produced in Ibaraki Prefecture. The flavor of the rice can also be felt well.
This is the first time I've had Urasato, too. It is... refreshing, but not too light. I drank the prototype from the very beginning, but I would like to try the standard Urasato.
Everything, including the rice, water, koji and yeast bacteria, and even the toji, are all produced in Ibaraki Prefecture.
It has a soft, delicate, melon-like or banana-like mouthfeel with a refreshing, slightly bitter taste.
The fact that I found myself with a 4-gouple bottle of sake was the best proof of its deliciousness.
Bad costumers....as expected from Mr. Manachy, the real manachy.
From that point of view, you're right😅.
They make good sake with a unique flavor, not too flashy 👍
8.5 points (Wife: 8.5 points)
Rice used : Gohyakumangoku (Ibaraki Prefecture)
Rice polishing ratio : Not disclosed
Degree of alcohol content : 15
Sake Shop Shichikura (Chuo-ku, Sapporo)
When opening the bottle, it sizzles!
The gasiness is not so bad.
Slightly grapefruity top note.
The same soft aroma, mild sweetness and rice umami as the first sip, spreads with a citrus-like acidity and a hint of gas, and finishes with a slight bitterness and a lingering rice umami.
Lush and gently balanced, it is easy to match with meals, and is also refreshingly delicious on its own.
It is also delicious on its own. It went well with cream pasta with mushrooms, Japanese codfish pasta, and pizza.
Urasato's Nigori, which I wanted to drink!
It was in the new sake selection at an izakaya, so I asked for it.
It has a banana aroma from Ogawa yeast.
Of course it has the sweetness of nigori, but the bitterness stands out and goes well with food.
Delicious!
Today's drink is the 2nd Urasato Usu Nigori!
This is the 2nd bottle, which I have longed for since my first drink last year!
It's a bit of a surprise when you open the lid because I went up and down a few times to mix it before drinking it 😁.
I have high expectations for this 2nd drink because of its reputation in the market!
And it's still delicious 😋.
I don't know what the difference is, but it's delicious!
I had it with the best Okaki (🍘Iburi Gakko cheese) and it was also 👍!
The smoky aroma and the cheese are well reproduced 🤔I didn't know okaki could go well with sake 😳.
Both sake and okaki 👍
Good morning, Bosuke 😃.
I'm sure it has a good reputation in the sake world 🤗We only drank the 1st 🥲and I'm not sure I can tell the difference between it and the 2nd 😅I'd like to try it 😋Supreme okaki is good too!
Hi Jay & Nobby😃
Last season I wanted to drink it but it was too late, but this season I can have both and it's great 😃.
I want to repeat 🔁 every year 😁.
The okaki was unexpectedly 👍 😋.
Ibaraki Jizake Bar after a long time!
Urasato-san's interesting future begins!
It certainly has a pineapple taste!
I thought it would taste even better if it was slightly chilled!
I'd like to drink it in a thin glass!
Second bottle today 😁.
First open bottle of Jungin🍶 from Urasato, Ibaraki.
The aroma is a moderate ginjo aroma + a slight alcohol taste 😁.
From the first sip, you can feel the sweetness and umami that belies the ginjo aroma 🤩.
The sharpness is also very fast, which I personally like 😊.
I can hardly taste any bitterness in the aftertaste.
I can hardly feel any bitterness in the aftertaste 😊...but! It's a strange taste with a bit of pizzazz at the end 💖.
I tend to taste any sake by itself, but this one would be a perfect pairing with sushi or sashimi 👌
How will it taste tomorrow? I'm sure you'll love it 😆.
Day 2 report: 🗒️
...Hey! Did it taste like this yesterday? 😱.
I feel like I'm suddenly getting closer to the lemon🍋-like sour and refreshing taste of Senkou: ‼️
but I can feel a good amount of alcohol 🥰.
Yeah, what the heck 😳
Personally...I can't miss it on the first day or the second day...😁
