Yes, I was able to purchase it with my aim👏.
On the day of purchase, there was a huge crowd of customers looking for Urasato Usunigori, Kangiku no Nigori, and Kahanayo Oorigarami. I was super happy to get the Urasato Usunigori just in time. I was desperate 🤣.
I was so excited that I opened the bottle on the same day 😊.
On the first day, it was rather dry with a gassy taste 🍶.
The last junmai sake hi-iri I drank was also dry on the first day, so it was as expected 😄.
It's the second day and it's at its best 🥳.

Gin-no-sato is an excellent rice for sake brewing with the parentage of Yamada-Nishiki, which has the same qualities as Yamada-Nishiki but is easier to cultivate 😳.
After opening the bottle, it smells like a light melon or banana.
When you put it in your mouth...oh...it's grape! It's a grape! It tastes like white grapes, which is different from what I imagined from the aroma 🤩 in a good way of course👍.
The moderate acidity gives the overall flavor a tightness and sharpness, and I felt it was very well-balanced 🤩.

We finally brought Urasato-san, which had been on our mind for a while but we had passed it by many times 🍶.
