Today was the first time I had Urasato, which I learned about from your post on Sake-no-wa 😀. The aroma is mild and gentle ginjo 😊The aroma on the palate is like melon🍈🥰The beautiful sweetness lasts until the end 😋The slight bitterness in the aftertaste pulls the whole flavor together 😍 delicious💕. This is the first time I have had this sake and I found it to be very elegant 🥳I would like to try it again after a few days to see how it tastes 😚.

Then, Urasato's Jungin ‼️ Last time I drank Jun-Dai and it was delicious, so I had high expectations 😋. The hyenas were using beer as a chaser, which seemed to slow them down, but this is where the true spirit of hyenas comes in 😱. I can't really tell the difference compared to the pure Dai 😅. Well, you can definitely gobble it up like water 😅

Spring Nigorinpic 78 Last year, I had the 1st and 2nd Urasato's light nigori at different times and was surprised by the toji's ability to make each one different and delicious 🤣. So this year, I decided to compare the 1st and 2nd Urasato's Usu-Nigori at the same time and kept the 1st one in my sake cellar waiting for the 2nd one to come out, but for some reason, the store where I usually buy Urasato's Usu-Nigori did not stock the 2nd one this year 😅. I finally missed the chance to drink it and have dragged it all the way here, but this time I'll just have the 1st 😅. It's still the same as last year, but it has the same firm sweet/easy taste and sharp finish 😇. But I'm sorry I couldn't drink the 2nd one this year because the 2nd one was more to my taste preference last year 🥲.

Urasato's Junmai Namaisake🍶. The nose has a sweet aroma typical of Ogawa yeast with a hint of melon🍈. In the mouth, there is a juicy sweetness with a slight acidity. It finishes with a slight astringency. After about 3 days after opening the bottle, the melon aroma and taste both increase and it becomes sweet and juicy 😊. It was delicious🍈✨️
