Purchased at Noto Reconstruction Charity Event in early spring Drinking it cold, it was very refreshing and easy to drink. The sweetness was moderate, so it was easy to pair with other wines. Thank you very much for the food 😋.

At a hotel lounge in Akita City This was my first encounter with Shinsei! Now I know what it means to reign supreme in the sweet-umami category😃. I wish I could drink it again...(if only it were cheaper) It was a great treat 😋😋.

I fell in love with Yukino Kayasha during a trip to Akita and happened to discover it in Tokyo! The refined Snow Kayasha was very easy to drink and had a great balance of flavor and umami. I would like to try the other series! Thanks for the treat 😋.

I was looking for a dry, robust sake and found this one in Nagano Prefecture! It was dry with a high alcohol content of 20%, so I tried it warmed up and it went great 😀. I would like to try it again this winter if I see it. Thanks for the treat â

This is one of the chrysanthemum series! Immediately after opening the bottle, the gasiness and freshness characteristic of the Kangiku series can be enjoyed, but the great thing about this sake is that the sweetness and umami can be felt strongly all at once after the bottle has been open for about three days and has dropped a little! There are different ways to enjoy Kangiku. I bought another bottle before I finished it! Thank you for the treat👍

When I went back to my wife's family in Nagano Prefecture for New Year's this year, I went to Okazaki Sake Brewery with my brother-in-law and bought it. The other day, we had a family gathering, so we opened the bottle. It started with a gentle aroma, was light and easy to drink, and by the time we realized it was empty 🤭. I decided to go to the brewery to purchase a bottle whenever I return home! Thanks for the treat 😋.

I saw this product at a corner store and ordered it to try. I had never had kijoshu before, but I was overwhelmed by its syrupy sweetness and richness! I also liked the smoothness of the mouthfeel that made it seem like it would be easy to drink. Thanks for the treat😊.

I asked the proprietress at a small liquor store for a recommendation, and she introduced me to this one. The price was about 1,200 yen, and I honestly thought I couldn't complain even if it wasn't tasty, but the proprietress pushed me to buy it. When I was having yakiniku at home, I suddenly remembered this sake and paired it with yakiniku on the spur of the moment. What was it? I was impressed by the flow of the sake, which even lingered with a refreshing sweetness, while quickly draining the fat from the loin and ribs 🥹. This taste at this price...I am ashamed of myself for judging it by the price until now! This was one bottle that made me want to try the Yoshinogawa series in the future♪ Thank you very much for the treat 😋.

Kangiku series of sake limited to Chiba Prefecture (^^) It is a limited sake in the prefecture, so it is cosy and we could fully feel the goodness of Kangiku♪ Although it is not a pure sake, I was very satisfied with the sweet and tasty taste with a hint of gas! The best of the Kangiku series 😃.

I found this place when I went to a corner bar in a station building! It happened to be No.6 day, so I was excited to order. The bottle design is fancy but cute, just like the No.6 series! I could taste the mellow aroma and the acidity and bitterness, and it was a well-calculated balance! It was a treat 😋.

Purchased a small bottle at a liquor store near the hotel where I was traveling The aroma of Kaygetsu is pleasant, and it is not sweet like CEL24, but a little dry and has a strong umami taste (^^). I think it is good to drink it in a wine glass while enjoying the aroma!

Glass is at Otokoyama in Asahikawa, Hokkaido! The refreshing aroma is followed by a sharp sweetness with a clean lingering aftertaste and a slight bitterness to finish! I felt it was one of the top tastes in the Snow Kayasya series.
