The plastic bottle series that I thought I had completed, I didn't know it was still around.
The rice used was something from Miyagi Prefecture. (One theory is that it's Kura no Hana.)
It's refreshing.
The taste is not similar, but it's similar to the fruit flavor of Irohasu.
It tastes slightly fruity and moderately sweet.
You can drink it for a long time without getting tired of it, and you can drink it like water. It's light but the flavor comes through.
As the temperature rises, the bitterness becomes a little stronger, but it disappears quickly because it's crisp.
It's a drink that deserves to be called the ultimate foodie drink.

柔らかな甘さがあるけれど、甘過ぎる味ではなく、酸味が強すぎることもないけれど、スッキリした味わいで、バランスの取れた美味しい味わいです。
強いていうならもう少しパンチが欲しいかな。
でもスイスイ呑めるのにちゃんと酔える日本酒の良さがあるかもです。
