It is rich and thick. And it is sticky. It is the first time for me to taste it. It is delicious. Sweetness
The aroma is mild, with fresh acidity and a sense of rancidness. In the mouth, the mellow mouthfeel is followed by a gaseous sensation that gradually gives way to a gentle sweetness that is typical of nigori. The nigorigo is so thick that the ori can harden if not shaken well, and while it is voluminous, it has a light aftertaste with just the right amount of acidity and bitterness.
It is a delicious sake with a freshness and the mellowness and density of nigori can be lightly tasted.

Thankfully, there are many sake that have a wonderful harmony of sweetness and umami, but this Hanaizumi is really interesting to drink because of the way the sweetness and umami spread out at the same time. The sweetness is light on the tongue, and at the same time, the umami spreads from the throat to the entire mouth at a very fast pace. This sweetness and umami are neither light nor cloying, but just right. I don't think you can find this sake very often outside of Fukushima Prefecture, and this acquisition was quite a coincidence, but I think it is a sake that should be sold more often.
Happy New Year!
We look forward to working with you loosely this year 🐉✨.
The first review of the year 2024 is
I've actually been curious about Hanaizumi's active nigori every year!
I just wandered over to Gonoi's online store and saw it there,
I added a few other things to the list and clicked 😆.
This one! It's delicious!
It looks quite white, but it doesn't feel sludgy.
It's surprisingly easy to drink 🎶.
It's not highly carbonated, but has just the right amount of pizzazz.
Personally, I don't like the sizzle in my sake, but I loved this one!
but I really liked this one👍.
Not too sweet, with just the right amount of bitterness and flavor,
It has just the right amount of bitterness and umami without being too sweet, but still leaves a nice aftertaste...💓
It's been a long time since I've tasted such a delicious active nigori.
I was happy to have a nice active nigori after a long time 💓 ☺️🍶
Hello, kanon, monthly character kaoshi kanon 😃.
Happy new year to you now 🎍.
I love the vigor of the active nigori, even though it's a bit of a challenge when opening the bottle 😄.
I buy Hanaizumi Active Nigori every year.
Chill the bottle to the perfect temperature and open it with a sip!
Powdered sweetness like a cookie!
Aroma of strawberry
If there is a lot of nigori, there is a lot of sweetness.
There is also sourness and a refreshing aftertaste.
Warmed sake is just like amazake itself. Sweetness and acidity stand out.
Enjoy winter while sucking on salted kelp.
Good evening, bap!
I drank here at the same time too!
Looks delicious with hot sake and salted kelp 😍
I only have about half a cup left, but I'll give it a try!
Thanks for the great info ✨
Good evening, Kashu kanon!
I've been drinking it 😁 It's delicious with just the right amount of sweetness. I think it's also good as a heated nigori sake. I hope you enjoy it!
Tonight, we will return to Nigori Sake Road and open this bottle 💁.
Hanaizumi Jungin Akkatsu Nigorizake 2023BY ✨✨✨✨
It was active, but since it had been absent for a while, it was easy to open the bottle. As usual, we will drink only the top clearings first.
It's a bit of lactic acidity, a bit gassy on the tongue, and a nice dry finish 😋😋😋😋😋 After mixing the lees, it's a round adult calpis soda🥤 and it doesn't stop there. I'm still going to enjoy nigori sake 🙌
The gasiness that spreads from the moment you put it in your mouth, the sweetness of the rice after it tingles on your tongue, and the way the sweetness of the rice instantly spreads to your mouth is delicious!
nabe.
Thank you for your comment!
I received this as a gift from a friend who has roots in Aizu!
It was a plump and delicious sake made with rice grown in Aizu!

Sweet and creamy, yet crisp and refreshing.
It was a strange feeling of nigori sake.
It is as expected from Hanazono Shuzo (≧▽≦)! Definitely delicious!
