With meat and tofu. Frozen udon noodles for dipping.
I put udon noodles in it. I love it 😁.
I want to drink Hanazono's regular sake when I forget about it.
I want it when I forget it 😁. I think it is the best sake to drink every day.
I think it is the best sake to drink everyday. I'm sure it's a great everyday drink 😋.
I originally bought it for hot sake and drank it cold to try it out.
I was surprised at how much better than I expected it to be when I drank it cold.
I was surprised at how good it was. It is one of the sakes I want to keep on hand.
I'm sure you'll enjoy it. I would like to keep this sake on hand 😂.
If you want to feel the sweetness of melon type,
I recommend cold to room temperature. 😆If you want to heat it up
If you want to heat it up, I'd say about human skin warmed up rather than lukewarm
is my preference. 😍😍.
Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake, directly pressed in a raised vat
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Rice polishing ratio 65%, ALC 18
Hanazono Shuzo Minamiaizu-cho, Minamiaizu-gun, Fukushima
We had this as a sealed bottle.
It has a gorgeous aroma, a slight carbonation stimulation on the tongue, a good balance of acidity and umami, and a sharp, slightly dry taste.
Hon Atsugi Morotsuyoshi: 20240222
Clean, with a bit of acidity and almost no alcohol.
Almost no sense of alcohol.
There is a sense of rice, though not a sense of melted rice!
This is delicious, and I personally feel it is as good as the raw sake.
I bought this sake on a whim at a roadside station in Tajima, Fukushima, and it was a great decision. I felt the greatness of local sake!
The brand name "Hanaizumi" is the same as that of the brewery that produces Romain, isn't it?

Mmmm, rice.
It has a rich, sweet and sour taste like mirin (sweet sake).
Aroma like caramel and cocoa.
Crispy mouthfeel.
It is sweet and heavy.
The alcohol comes in later and is quite strong.
The aftertaste is not too strong.
A little strong on its own.
Delicious with the egg yolk of potato salad.
I saw it open yesterday and thought today was the day.
Shuwa shuwa~!
A fine texture with a milky mouthfeel.
It has a fresh and juicy red melon-like flavor.
The taste of koji (malted rice) comes in a little later.
It is sweet and delicious.
Good evening! (^^)/
It has been cold every day, hasn't it?
Sake is also used in this kind of situation! (Laughs)
This time, I brought out a sake from Hanazono Shuzo, a well-known sake brewery in Loman, to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the company's founding.
I bought this sake a while ago, but never had a chance to drink it.
Since it comes in a box, it has been blocking my refrigerator for quite a while, so I opened it up.
I took a sip of it cold.
Well, it is made with 33% polished rice, so it has a beautiful flavor with no cloying taste at all, but since I drank Akabu no Kohaku before this, it seemed ordinary to me. (^_^;)
Then, I tried it hot and drank it.
Yes, it is very dry.
It is delicious with strong flavored food.
My wife does not seem to like this kind of flavor, so she drank two or three cups and that was it... (^_^;)
Compatibility is a difficult thing to find.
Hi, Shieri~-san! (^^)/
It was a cool bottle of sake, as it was brewed to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the company's founding.
I regret that I probably should have served something with a stronger flavor to go with it.
Compatibility is difficult... (^_^; )
Hanaizumi Shuzo is a well-known sake brewery in Loman. Fukushima has a long history of being Japan's number one sake brewery in terms of gold medals won at sake competitions, and there are many high-level breweries in the prefecture. This time, it is a fully matured sake (not a common word) with a sweetness that is made by letting the raw sake sit for a year. The sake brewer's effort is appreciated!
The sake is bottled directly from the vat, so if you drink it early in the season, you can enjoy the freshness of the sake.
The taste is quite tasty, with a good acidity and umami, and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. The sweetness is firm, but the slight bitterness in the aftertaste gives it a grape-like quality.
It may be a good match for a strong beef stew, as it has a robust flavor. It is also quite good on the rocks.
