Clean and crisp. It is easy to drink and delicious. Perhaps because I drank it at a nice ryokan (Japanese inn), I felt the taste was elegant.

Rich aroma. Fairly spicy. I had heard it was the best in Toyama, but it was nothing special. People who like sharp sake may be attracted to it.

Not too spicy. The old sake flavor was too strong for my palate. Too bad. It had a flavor with a hint of kelp (even though it is from an inland prefecture).

It has good peculiarities and tastes the best. I felt the goodness of the water and rice. It has a strong umami flavor, but I felt a depth of flavor that does not end there. I think this is my favorite sake from outside of Fukushima.

A gift from Naho-chan. It is easy to drink and has no peculiarities so that you may notice it is gone even without snacks, but it is not enough by itself. But it is very tasty. (Maybe it's good as a chaser).

Sweet and tasty 💯. Easy to drink without peculiarities in a good sense. It is so easy to drink that you can continue drinking it without any snacks. It is so easy to drink that it is hard to believe that the alcohol content is 16%.
