I'll start drinking on Monday 🍶. This is the clear one. I had a preconceived notion that it was unfiltered when I heard "nama-zake". Aroma: Fresh and crisp. Junmai Ginjo once-fired The aroma before drinking is subdued, but once in the mouth, the sake is highly aromatic with a cool, refreshing feeling spreading in the mouth. I like the concept of making sake entirely in Minamiaizu. And because it has a gentle mouthfeel, you can drink more and more of it. It goes well with fresh fish sashimi. Good quality sake doesn't give you a bad headache....it's a truth....thank you very much 🍶.

I noticed the cork after I bought it and went out to buy a wine opener, as I don't usually drink wine! I saw it in a liquor store and bought it without any prior knowledge of the rarity of this liquor. I was very satisfied with the sake, and the manufacturer's retail price was very reasonable. I am looking forward to drinking it again next year if I am lucky enough to find it! The playful and serious nature of the maker is very cool 🍶🍷.

I like the way the flavor changes as the days go by. A local liquor store was selling it to members only due to its rarity. I can only trust the liquor store to sell it at the retail price. 🙇‍♂️

ginjo sake with no added alcohol I wanted to try it once 🍶. I'm having the No. 6 yeast as the main sake. The fizzy sensation in the mouth is so pleasant that I can't stop drinking it. The sweetness and aroma that lingers on the tongue is refreshing and really makes the sake go down the drain! The No. 7 yeast has a mild sweetness and gentle taste. Both are so delicious that you can't stop drinking...
