Sake after a long time
The sweetness in the mouth is pleasant.
Smooth on the tongue.
The flavor that wraps around the tongue and the slight spiciness makes you want to drink more and more without getting tired of it.
I'll start drinking on Monday 🍶.
This is the clear one.
I had a preconceived notion that it was unfiltered when I heard "nama-zake".
Aroma: Fresh and crisp.
Sourness: Slightly effervescent and pleasant on the palate.
Fullness: Refreshing but impactful on the tongue
Weight Light
Flavor: Sake with an overall refreshing, clean, fresh water taste
Nigori Sake
Junmai Namaisake
Easy to drink
Cool, bubbly, and sweet taste that lingers on the bottom of the glass
Thankful to be able to drink it again this year!
Focusing on nigori sake
Gentle on the palate, with a flavor that spreads smoothly in the mouth.
The mildness and subtle acidity of nigori sake makes it easy to drink more and more...
Let's drink it from the end of the year to the beginning of the new year!
Bodhi Hashiwado Nigori Sake
Junmai Nama Sake
Sake that I had to refrain from due to my health condition
It's the season of Bodhi Hashiroshi again this year.
Go to the sake shop!
We will probably drink tonight too!
Thank you for the delicious sake this year!
record
Faint fizziness on the first day.
Taste was similar to Okunomatsu, a rather frequent drinker
An easy-drinking sake that lives up to its concept of impressing with an everyday toast.
unfiltered, unfiltered sake (raw)
Slightly effervescent but with a concentrated rice flavor.
The flavor of the rice was concentrated.
Delicious 🍶.
The yeast used is Association No. 9.
Is it just me or does it taste similar to No. 6? Easy to drink and delicious!
Junmai Ginjo
once-fired
The aroma before drinking is subdued, but once in the mouth, the sake is highly aromatic with a cool, refreshing feeling spreading in the mouth.
I like the concept of making sake entirely in Minamiaizu.
And because it has a gentle mouthfeel, you can drink more and more of it.
It goes well with fresh fish sashimi.
Good quality sake doesn't give you a bad headache....it's a truth....thank you very much 🍶.
I noticed the cork after I bought it and went out to buy a wine opener, as I don't usually drink wine!
I saw it in a liquor store and bought it without any prior knowledge of the rarity of this liquor.
I was very satisfied with the sake, and the manufacturer's retail price was very reasonable.
I am looking forward to drinking it again next year if I am lucky enough to find it!
The playful and serious nature of the maker is very cool 🍶🍷.
Sake with a wine-like flavor
Slightly effervescent in the mouth
and a strange flavor of wine in spite of being sake.
It seems to go well with both sashimi and meat.
Light but with weight.
I like the way the flavor changes as the days go by.
A local liquor store was selling it to members only due to its rarity.
I can only trust the liquor store to sell it at the retail price. 🙇♂️
