I like the concept of making sake entirely in Minamiaizu.

It goes well with fresh fish sashimi.

Bodhi Hashiwado Nigori Sake

Purchased at a liquor store I frequent most often.
I had been curious about No. 6 yeast for a while, so I bought it. (By the way, they also had No. 7 yeast. (By the way, they also had No. 7 yeast.)
I was told it was seasonal.
