My first time at Hanaizumi. And nigori sake! This season, there are a variety of nigori sake, which is very enjoyable. First, the top clear sake. It is moderately sour. After stirring it, it becomes more rounded. The texture is silky (is that the right word?). The glutinous rice is not perceived, though I like rice cakes. I like rice cakes, but I think it's dry. I want to eat Karami rice cake.

Tonight, we will return to Nigori Sake Road and open this bottle 💁. Hanaizumi Jungin Akkatsu Nigorizake 2023BY ✨✨✨✨ It was active, but since it had been absent for a while, it was easy to open the bottle. As usual, we will drink only the top clearings first. It's a bit of lactic acidity, a bit gassy on the tongue, and a nice dry finish 😋😋😋😋😋 After mixing the lees, it's a round adult calpis soda🥤 and it doesn't stop there. I'm still going to enjoy nigori sake 🙌

I bought some Hanaizumi nigori in the winter: ❄️ It's been more than half a year, but I'm not sure if it's as shuwashy as Hirotogawa nigori. I opened it with trepidation because of its activity, but it was quiet...it seems to be the type that settles down over time. The aroma is sour and citrusy. When the supernatant is included, it is chiri-chiri-chi. The rice sweetness comes with a slightly smooth mouthfeel, and it finishes with a bitter, refreshing sensation. When mixed, it has the flavor of rice, but the crispness increases? This is delicious, but tastes even better when drunk right after you buy it ✨It's still perfect for a gutty meal!

Hanaizumi Shuzo Glutinous rice four-stage brewing special junmai It's been a long time since I've had a Hanazono sake. I remember how sweet and easy to drink sake was when I was young and couldn't drink sake because it was too spicy and smelled like drunkenness.

This is the last souvenir of my trip to Aizu, Hanaizumi. The gentle aroma is reminiscent of bread and yogurt. The fine bubbles tickle and stimulate the tongue. The melon-like rich sweetness and flavor spreads with the fine bubbles and disappears with a full-bodied astringency. Sake from Minamiaizu is also delicious.
