Ehime Jizake drinking comparison trio is a sake brewery in Mizobe-cho, Matsuyama City. Sake from Chuyo. Most of the gold medal-winning sake is daiginjo, isn't it? Aside from whether it is true that junmai sake is less likely to win the award, the last sake of the two-day event was a sake that won the 2022 National New Sake Competition Gold Medal. To avoid raising expectations too high before drinking it, I drank it after calming down. The taste is still beautiful, well-balanced, and gentle.
