Shusen Eiko-no-Shizuku Ehime Unfiltered
Un-filtered raw sake. It has more acidity than Matsuyama Mitsui
It has a refreshing taste with more acidity than Matsuyama Mitsui.
As it gets closer to room temperature
It has a strong umami taste when it gets close to room temperature.
This is a good sake for a mealtime drink.
