It really sinks in as I've been drinking a lot of sweet sake lately. The lingering aftertaste and the smell of alcohol seemed to linger, but it was nicely evaporated.
The nose is fruity with a slight alcohol note.
There is a slight alcohol taste.
There is no olive flavor, but the taste is uniquely sweet and full-bodied.
Muscat-like nuances and a refreshing acidity.
The finish is crisp and refreshing.
Pairing: Horse meat tartar
My wife is making tempura "Tarabo" for me.
I drank some sake 🍶 Sanuki Claudie's sake brewer brewed this sake.
It's "Kawatsuru" sake brewed by a brewery in Sanuki Claudia.
Oh, wow! It has a drunken aroma and a sweet lactic acid aroma!
It is soft and sweet on the palate.
The mouthfeel is soft and sweet, and it goes down smoothly!
It goes well with tempura!
Yum 👍Yum!

It is like a non-foaming version of the super-foaming KAWATSURU Olive bottle-fermented active nigori nama sake that I drank before (laugh).
If I had to choose which I liked better, I'd say the fizzy one.
It had a freshness that was nice when it was opened, but I recommend drinking it right away because it loses that freshness as time goes by.
I recommend drinking it right away.
It is sweet with a refreshing taste. It is an easy-drinking sake with a low alcohol content of 13 degrees.
It has a light bitterness in the aftertaste.
8 points (wife: 7.5 points)
Rice used : Sanuki Yomai
Rice polishing ratio : 58
Sake meter : -4
Acidity : 1.9
Alcohol content : 16
Slightly blue melon-like aroma on the top.
The same fruity aroma as the first rise, the soft sweetness and umami of rice spreads with a moderate acidity, and it finishes with a slight bitterness and a slight spiciness from the alcohol.
The aroma and sweetness are not strong, and the slight bitterness in the latter half gives a refreshing impression, making it a good match with a meal, but also refreshing on its own.
KAWATSURU Olive Junmai Nama-nama Sake G
Sanuki olive yeast brewing
Easy to drink at a low alcohol content of 13 degrees Celsius with almost no gas.
Sweet taste with a slight olive astringency.
It is a new type of sake.
At Sake Bar Nami in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture. I can only thank the master for his thoughtfulness.
Soda water for adults.
Refreshing acidity, delicious flavor, and a nice slurping sensation.

Spring Sake is coming one after another.
I like Kawatsuru's olive yeast, so this time I tried their spring sake.
It is a sparkling sake with secondary fermentation in the bottle. It is delicious with a gentle aroma and a refreshing sweetness.
As stated on the label, "Tanonota" means "rice field in Tanono. Tanono, a long, narrow basin surrounded by mountains, is one of the "Five Sanuki Townships. Rice cultivation has flourished in this village since ancient times, and the high altitude and warm days and nights make it ideal for growing high-quality rice. The brewery is located in Kanonji City, Kagawa Prefecture. The brewery is located in Kagawa Prefecture's Kannonji City and has contracted with a farmer in Tanono to grow Yamadanishiki.
The aroma is subtly juicy and the taste is mainly fruity, but the schwarziness and umami coexist, and the taste is not boring to drink. The fruity taste and the sweetness of rice with a milling rate of 60% coexist in a balanced system. The aftertaste was light and refreshing. Delicious 😋.
It's been a while since I've had Kawatsuru, but last time it was Olive LIGHT and this time it was Active Nigori. It was recommended on a certain sake YouTube channel as being very tasty, and I knew it was available at my favorite restaurant, so I was curious to buy it!
It's too foamy, lol. When can I drink it again?
It has been a long time since I have had such strong activity, and it took me a long time to open the bottle! It took me a long time to open the bottle, but I finished it in no time at all... I know it's low in alcohol, but I had to say goodbye in 2 days lol.
As always, drinks that are finished in an instant tend not to get many words in a review. Because I drink it up before I can think of anything else.
In the video, it was commented that it was similar to Shinsei's Ame Frog, which is understandable, as it has a light, sweet and sour taste. It is very easy to understand and delicious, so I think almost anyone can enjoy it.
What is surprising is that the 9% alcohol content is so drinkable. The niggles and bubbles may have contributed to the taste, but 12% is much more tasteless.
Like Sanuki Kuraudai, Kawatsuru is a genius when it comes to making low-alcohol sake!
Good evening, flos_lingua_est 🌙
I have a spring version of this in my fridge and I'm looking forward to drinking it even more 😆 but I understand too well that the sooner you drink it up, the less words you'll have to write 😂.
