Does it have a mineral taste 🤔❓
When I think about it, the smell also seems to be mineral 😅.
But still, when I forget about it, I come across a sake that I think "oh, maybe this is called mineral ⁉️", but I can't reach the point where I can grasp the "mineral" 😅
It has a refreshing acidity and umami that lingers on the palate 😙.
The ginjo aroma also clearly fills the nose 😊.
I can feel a glimmer of bitterness in the water left on the palate 🙄.
When I concentrate on the sake, I feel like I can feel the watery sensation💧 and the slight patina🫧🙄.
Interesting that it's a different taste than Sanuki Cloudy 🤗

Hi Hiro-san, good evening 🌙
I've seen a lot of sake described as having a mineral taste, but I've always been unable to understand the mineral taste🤣is it like hard water? I'm not sure if it's hard water or not 🧐I'm just fine with anything as long as it's tasty 😆.

Good evening, Kotaro 😃.
Like you, I don't know exactly what the mineral taste is 😅.
I just think that mineral barley tea minus barley tea is the mineral taste 🤣.

Hi Hiro, good evening 😃
Oh 😳We had the same one this weekend ‼️ minerals! We were drinking too and we were arguing about Ononono without talking about minerals at all 😆 I'm going to be late to post this 😅.

Good evening Jay & Nobby 😃.
Oh, what a coincidence 😁 "Onononono" was a classic story 🤣.
Please do write an article about the "controversy" 😇.
Writer Jay and Editor-in-Chief Nobby, we are waiting for you 🙏.
