The aroma is mild 😁The mouthfeel is smooth even though it is nigori 😊The sweetness and umami of the gentle rice 🌾 is good👍The middle part has a lactic acid taste 😚The aftertaste is refreshing and easy to drink 😘. I think it is the best one-cup nigori that you can drink whenever you want 🥳.

At a conveyor belt sushi restaurant. Cheers to Torotaku pickles 🍶´-. We ate a lot of sushi with thick-baked eggs and local fish as our main course, followed by ice cream (I forgot to take pictures of all of it💦). It was a holiday lunch 🥳.

Refreshing aroma and smooth mouthfeel. A true keeper. But, then..., I realized I ran out of cooking sake in the middle of cooking! I had no choice but to open a cup 😭. I was forced to open a cup of sake 🍶 and half of it was taken away by the cooking! You think it's not the difference between drinking and eating anyway? That's ridiculous. I'm sorry to hear that 😭 I'll look for it again and buy some more.

Nishinomiya, Hyogo. Ozeki Corporation. ONE TANK Daiginjo-genshu. I like this playful product from a major sake brewer 😁. I had it with a little chilled cold sake. The color is clear and transparent. The aroma is quite gorgeous, with a ginjo aroma reminiscent of sweet fruit. The sweetness precedes the mouthfeel, which flows smoothly on the tongue. The taste is sweet at the beginning, but then takes on a classical sake-like quality. It is more like an elegant, full-bodied sweet sake than a sweet-tasting sake. There is a sharp taste at the end, but it is not spicy. It tastes more elegant than a one-cup sake, and is about twice as easy to drink. I don't dislike it, it's a real playful spirit from a major sake brewer👍. It's still amazing. Nice work, major brewers, it's delicious 😋. Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic), brewers' alcohol Polishing ratio: 50%. Alcohol content: 16 to 17 degrees Celsius Sake degree: -5 Acidity: 1.1

It was the only sake on the menu at the neighborhood yakiniku restaurant where I went with my family, so I ordered it cold. First impression is that it has a sweet taste on the palate. Other than that, it is a well-balanced type of sake with no particular peculiarities, and it is easy to drink. I think it would go well with strong-flavored dishes such as yakiniku (grilled meat).

Melt-in-your-mouth, smooth and fluffy texture. The phrase "melt-in-your-mouth, smooth, fluffy, and clamminess" applies to this sweet cloudy sake! I drank it at home because I felt like drinking it after seeing the cherry blossoms at night while taking a walk! It might have tasted even better if I drank it under the cherry blossoms!

Strawberries we picked and rock oysters we got to share cheaply and 😋. I was going to drink it before going to bed, but I opened it without thinking😅. The supernatant has a clean taste. When I mixed it, the acidity was all over the place. It was unexpectedly a very cloudy sake 🍶.
