A souvenir for myself on a business trip to Osaka.
It is refreshing, so I think it goes well with Japanese, Western and Chinese food.
Today I served it with nabe (hot pot).
Perfect drink for a Friday night. Classic Oozeki Daiginjo sake with fried squid and some typical Chinese cuisine with my close friends. What a lovely evening today!!

Not bad, not very complex, a little earthy, lemony, a little astringent. I liked it but often prefer a more complex sake. Enjoyed with a grass-fed steak sprinkled with sea salt and black pepper and pan-fried to rare in butter and olive oil.
