Perfect drink for a Friday night. Classic Oozeki Daiginjo sake with fried squid and some typical Chinese cuisine with my close friends. What a lovely evening today!!

It became my all time favourite Daiginjo from Hyogo. It has a more fruity palate and a smooth finishing. A perfect drink for a Chinese cuisine.

Not bad, not very complex, a little earthy, lemony, a little astringent. I liked it but often prefer a more complex sake. Enjoyed with a grass-fed steak sprinkled with sea salt and black pepper and pan-fried to rare in butter and olive oil.

I bought it at the supermarket. The price was about the bottom of the middle range. It is slightly sweet in the mouth, and the sourness spreads later.
