Oyaji-san drank it a while ago. It was in the spring sake corner of the supermarket. The name "Blossoming" itself sounds like spring, doesn't it?
It is a special junmai, but the rice polishing ratio is 50%, which is the standard for daiginjo. And yet the price is only about 1,400 yen including tax.
It is very fruity and a little pineapple. It is basically sweet, but the second half is a bit spicy.
It also has a yogurt-like taste.

As the name suggests, the rice used is Tosa Re. It's so fruity! The ginjo aroma was unbelievable. I didn't know there was such a gorgeous type of Tosa Tsuru. It tastes beautiful and delicious.
The aftertaste of the ginjo aroma lingers quite a bit. Isn't it possible that CEL-24 is used? It has a similar atmosphere to Shiba Botan's CEL, but this one is more gorgeous.

I've been looking for a new way to drink 😀 I want to drink fresh next time boukenI bought it at a local business supermarket. It is the first time to drink Ishizuchi though it is the first place of Ehime Prefecture in the sake.
The rice is made from Matsuyama Mitsui. It is more fruity than I expected. It has a cool feeling like muscat or green apple. It's not flashy, but it's carefully made. What can I say, it's good for the price. あねさんGood evening.

We also have fresh sake, Shinomine, Mimurosugi, and Toyo Bijin (properly stored in the refrigerator). boukenI bought it because I saw it for the first time. It is made from Akita Sakekomachi. There is a sweetness more than I thought. The taste is gorgeous and clean. The price is cheap, but it is very satisfying.
The sake is very good, so I think you should change the label that seems to have no intention of selling.
It's hard to find bottled Oenon sake on the market. I haven't seen it since Godo Shusei's Samurai.
