It was the only sake on the menu at the neighborhood yakiniku restaurant where I went with my family, so I ordered it cold.
First impression is that it has a sweet taste on the palate. Other than that, it is a well-balanced type of sake with no particular peculiarities, and it is easy to drink.
I think it would go well with strong-flavored dishes such as yakiniku (grilled meat).
