Salmonotrico, 5th glass. The quintessential good drinker, I enjoy drinking just being with him. It is made with Asahi rice produced in Okayama Prefecture🌾. It is delicious with a full flavor. The Asahi rice flavor spreads softly with a refreshing aftertaste. The aftertaste was delicious.

A free gift from my usual sake shop - as it has passed the freshest period already. It is manufactured in Jan 2023, so nearly two years has passed. Surprisingly it is still quite fresh I think - with slight bubbles and carbonic acid feel. Pineapple and Melon smell and taste still presents though it cannot be avoided that the bitterness and minty feel of alcohol is a bit too prominent, due to the age of this sake.

Junmai-shu Kanbokubai Shirakuma Winter Label Nama Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 16 I thought I had already posted this review, but when I searched for it, it wasn't there, so here it is again. 20230113: No indication of sealed [raw]. I wonder why? It's a fresh sake with a shwashy feel to it. It is light and cloudy, but it is smooth and easy to drink. Laughing Man Chirori: 20241221, 20230113, 20220111 Sake Toto: 20211126

Slightly weak fizziness. Not too sweet, with just the right amount of acidity. A good balance of acidity and not too much sweetness Clear and clean sake Neither flashy nor plain, In a good sense, it is an honor student. It can be served alone or with a meal.
