Sake that feels like autumn
Today I served it with horse mackerel sashimi. It goes well with it.
When the bottle is opened, there is a nice popping sound and a little bit of a sizzle.
Sake Competition 2025 Jungin Category
Gold medal🥇 winning sake
This is so delicious😋‼️
Fruity and noble taste 🏆.
Soft sweetness and fresh acidity from Yamadanishiki with a nice slight bitterness👍.
It was worth stopping by the sake brewery exhibition on my way home from work. When I heard about the 🥇 award from the brewery staff at the booth, I had to buy it 😍 and was able to purchase it on the spot in a timely manner 😊.

I like ⭐️5,
I am certified as "de la 😘❗️"👍
By the way, after I played in the final game of the baseball tournament ⚾️ the other day, every time I cough or sneeze, I get a throbbing pain in my side, so I went to the hospital later that day to get an x-ray to see if it was...
I knew it!
I had a broken rib 🩻😱.
I think I hurt it when I was playing defense and dived sideways to catch a ⚾️ batted ball 😇.
I was overzealous for my age😅.
Good evening, Ace.
That's a tough rib injury💦.
That is truly an honorable injury💦.
It may affect you for a little while, but please take it easy and make a speedy recovery🍀.
Kankoume's Junmai Ginjo is a well-balanced sake that goes well with meals 😋.
Good evening, ma-ki-...
It's really an injury of honor😅
But every time I see the trophy for the best player award 🏆, I feel that pain comfortably 😭 pervert 🤣⁉️
Kanbongubai 🍶Surprisingly!
De la uma 😘❗️ it is👍
Good evening, Pon-chan.
I went to the hospital 2 weeks after the match and I was drinking a little bit until then😅.
I thought my side hurts when I laugh, but I didn't think it was a fracture😅wahaha😂I'm fine now🙆.
Hi Ace 😃.
Gold Medal🥇 and MVP🏆 with ‼️ cold red plum can help with broken bones 😆.
I had a night long ago when I injured my knee🦵 with about 10 stitches🧵 I drank alcohol🍶 and plodded around in the economy😓.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🎶.
I've been overzealous and I have an honorary injury 🥹.
But the joy of the ⚾️ Outstanding Player Award 🏆 and the taste of the gold medal sake 🥂 has blown the pain away 😆👍
Your knee injury🦵 must have hurt like a plague😱I'm afraid of the power of alcohol😅.
I happened to find out by chance that Kankoubai, a sake I had secretly liked for some time, had won a gold medal, and bought it.
It is a sake that I would like to drink deeply, with the royal Yamada-Nishiki aroma and taste.
It is not too sweet, and I never get tired of drinking it.
Sake recommended by the waitress as an award-winning sake.
It has a very sweet aroma.
The aftertaste was also a little persistent.
It was too much for me.
60 points
I was too lazy to continue drinking the sake, so I held back and stopped 😅.
However...I was a little short on sake, so I bought some sake that I usually can't buy in Hiroshima...but bought in Tokyo🗼 when I went back home 😁.
It just arrived via Yamato 🐈⬛ and I was itching to get it lol.
I really wanted to get a bottle of Kankoubai Junginbai Yamadanishiki 50, which won first place in the Junmai Ginjo category at this year's Sake Competition 👑, beating out Jikin... but the time of the year? I couldn't buy it, so I bought a sake from the same brewery anyway 🍶.
And here is the first bottle opened 💁.
It's called TORECE13 from Kanbongbai 🤣.
The aroma is a moderately fruity ginjo aroma, and when you sip it, it has a sweet and umami taste with a slight bitterness... or not 🤔.
It is a hi-iru sake, but you can feel a slight juiciness.
It has a good balance and if you have a meal that is not too rich, it may not interfere with the taste as a food sake 👌
I'm curious to see the 2nd day taste change of sansudo and kanbonubai tomorrow 😁.
Kankoubai on the second day: 🗒️
No change in aroma, but a slight increase in umami ⤴️? There was no big change in taste, it was stable and tasty 🥰.
Recently, we have been seeing more and more names of KANKENBAI!
This time, we welcomed Mr. Owl!
Now, what does it taste like...?
It has a grape-like sweetness with a sour and bitter aftertaste.
Also, the sweetness stays for a rather long time.
It tastes even better when the temperature is raised a little, as it seems that the various corners become mellow.
It's good....after all....yummy!
I'm not sure if this is a mistake or not.
I deleted one of the two posts because they were the same... my apologies!
Good evening, Mr. Udonpan!
KANKENBAI is delicious, isn't it?
I am reminiscing about how it was a delicious sake that was not only sweet, but also dark and delicious 😋.
Thank you for your comment, ma-ki-.
I drink it with a deep feeling that it is made with a really good balance.
I still remember the shock when I drank it for the first time...it's a really good drink👍.
KANKOUBEI Junmai Ginjo +
A bottle with a label that does not look like Kankoume.
Slightly sour and bitter aftertaste.
A sake that does not disturb the meal but restores the appetite.
After opening, I couldn't tell if it was heavy or light, but the corners started to come off and it tasted exquisite 😋.
Moderate acidity and a robust flavor, yet light and pleasant on the palate ❗️
I think I would have enjoyed it a little more if it were in a bottle...
I'll buy it in a bottle next time👍
