Kanbongubai's Autumn Sake Owl🦉.
Chose from the fridge which one to drink to go with the delicious salmon kamata and the miso soup with lots of ingredients.
Consumption could not keep up with my desire to buy, and the number of bottles I have yet to drink has finally reached double digits. Now that the weather is finally getting colder, I will enjoy it with the flavors of autumn.
What is clearly different from the other three is that you can feel the sourness from the moment you taste it to the aftertaste. I don't dislike it, but I don't really like it either.
As a result of drinking the entire Four Seasons series, my preference was Summer > Winter > Spring & Autumn.

The last dish at my favorite yakitori restaurant was Ura-Kanbongai by Kanbongai Sake Brewery.
This is the second time I have been here.
So, let's have it right away.
First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong.
In the mouth, there is a hint of sweetness and citrus.
It is also delicious.
It is very juicy, rich, and drinkable.
We stayed for a shorter time than usual, but the owner gave us a lot of service again today and we had a great time.

I enjoyed a lot of KEG DRAFT for the first time, and the last one was really fulfilling as I was allowed to recharge at my usual yakitori restaurant 😊.

It is called AKI SAKE, but it does not seem to be hiyaoroshi...?
It has a very slight effervescence, and the flavor is fresh and lively rather than mellow and deep.
It has more sweetness than umami, so it is better to drink it lightly as an aperitif than as a mid-meal drink.
The first time I drank Kanbongubai, I really liked it because it was mildly umami, and I try to drink it whenever I see it, but every time I drink it, I always feel something different...
