やす☆The aroma is subdued. It has a clean and crisp mouthfeel reminiscent of a light dry sake, followed by the clear and mellow umami that is typical of jungin, and then it finishes crisp and clean. The impression does not change much even at room temperature. The taste is very typical of Hakugakusen, which is made from Gohyakumangoku rice.

あびちゃんGreat decision to put it to bed a little! It was thin and lackluster on the palate, but after a little while, it changed drastically! The beautiful quality of the sake remains the same, but the umami and richness has increased and it is quite delicious. I'm glad I didn't drink it overnight because it's very expensive!
