☀️
A clean balance with less sweetness and acidity. The umami is outstanding 😋.
And when paired with squid sashimi 🦑, the sweetness comes out a bit and it feels moist, sweet and delicious 🤔.
There is a sense of umami spreading to the aftertaste, and the squid 🦑 was enhanced 🦑: ⤴️
After the company's drinking party, we decided to celebrate the third anniversary of Japanese sake bar emmi, which we have visited occasionally since this year, on November 11.
First of all, we got a bottle of sake from the stock to celebrate 🎁 and now we're going to drink 🍶.
Here is the first glass!
Hakugakusen Junmai Ginjo Akigami
Let's have a glass of "Hakugakusen" hiyayoroshi, which we missed to drink because we missed the timing 🍁.
The aroma is clear and mild, the mouthfeel is smooth and soft, and the acidity is typical of "Hakugakusen", with a clean, crisp finish.
Ahhh, delicious!
After all, one must consume one's "sake recommendation" on a regular basis 🤣.
Good evening, Gyve 😃.
A bottle for the store's 3rd anniversary 🎁 cool 🥰I'll look for a bottle of Hakugaku Sen, my sake of choice, as I haven't had it yet✨.
Hi ichiro18!
As a person who works irregular shifts, I get along well with the people at the store when I have a favorite place to go. ✨️
I'm sure Hakugaku Sen will be expanding its product line from "Arahashiri" in the near future 🥰.
☀️
Lightly sweet, with a touch of clear water in the middle of the drink.
At the end, it is tightened up with bitterness and astringency.
It tastes like water, but with a lingering bitterness that makes you say "it's sake 🍶" and "it's dry 😎" 😆.
Ingredients : Gohyakumangoku produced in Fukui Prefecture
Rice polishing ratio : Koji 55%, Kake 58
Sake meter : +5
Acidity : 1.6
Alcohol content : 15
Moderate aroma
Slightly dry sake with a sharp taste
At soba restaurant. Refreshing. Smooth. Clean and crisp. The aroma is subdued, but when you put it in your mouth, it has a characteristic cold feeling.
Excellent as a food sake.
Aromas of muscat, green apple, nuts, and chocolate 😂.
The mouthfeel is like water, pure and clean, with the umami of rice and the aroma of koji, it feels thick, but the aftertaste is refreshingly sour and bitter, leaving a lingering aftertaste.
Hmmm...yummy😳!
Every time I drink it, a different taste comes out, but it's always delicious. 😂😂😂😂
Bought this sake on a trip to Fukui. There was a lineup of junmai, junmai ginjo, and junmai daiginjo, and this was recommended to me. I liked the aroma and the unexpected acidity when cold, and thought it might be too acidic when heated, but it turned out to be the best when cooled. A good sake that makes you want to eat snacks. The staff at the store was very friendly and helpful.
