たけさん#Drinking at home This is definitely an Okura, but it has a gentle elegance rather than a wildness. Of course it has acidity, but the sweet flavor and Oumachi aroma come through with a bang. It's gentle among Okura, so it's good as a chaser after drinking a strong one like #8 yeast at the Okura Festival.

keiIt is made from fodder rice, apparently. I fell in love at first sight when I drank it in Nara and bought all the brands available. It is dark, strong, sweet and delicious. I guess there are different tastes, but I like it better than Mimuro Sugi or Kaze no Mori.

たけさん#Drinking at home Okura is a mass of flavor and acidity, but this one has a very strong acidity, and the atmosphere is like, "If you don't like Okura, don't drink it! Don't drink it if you don't like Okura! Of course, Okura lovers can't get enough of it, and this is the quintessence of Okura! I think it is the best sake in Japan to go with Nara-zuke.

ヘパリーゼZOkura Yamahai Special Junmai Nakadori Unfiltered Nama-shu Omachi R1BY It has a punch of sweetness and acidity at Sugimoto Shoten, I asked if they had any sake with a sweet and acidic punch suitable for warming up. I asked if they had any sweet and sour sake suitable for warming up. The moment I opened the bottle, I could already smell the sweet and sour aroma. It already had a punch. The color is also amber. Just as ordered. Thank you.

boukenNext is a mid-pack of Jinriki x Ichi-go Yeast. It's R2BY, so it's aged. I felt this one was easier to drink than the other one, but maybe I'm mixing them up 🤔It's aged and should have a strong taste... I thought No. 8 should be sweeter and tastier... I'll have to buy this one and drink it at home to find out 🤣.

まつちよGood evening, bouken! I guess when you become a real perverted drinker, you find it easier to drink the kusei sake! 🤣 I get mixed up when I drink a lot of things😅.

boukenGood evening, Mr. Matsuchiyo😃 I've been drinking Mai-bijin and Gonin-musume, so maybe my senses are numb 🤣I think I may have been shuffled along the way because some of them were mixed up at the same time 🤔.

boukenI was curious about the sake with the red label on the fridge and asked about it, and was told it was Okura's Shinriki No. 8 yeast. I had never had it before, so I asked for it. I drank Okura too 🤣. Since there was only a little left, they put in another bottle of Jinriki x No.1 yeast for the missing amount. We started with the No. 8 yeast. The aroma is very strong. It is rich and has a strong umami flavor. The acidity in the latter half is impressive. The sweetness is more reserved than expected. The label does not say, but according to the websites of Noboru Sake Shop and Yajima Sake Shop, it seems to be Yamahai 🤔. I was talking with Umaisan about how it was more like Yamahai than Yamahai No.1 yeast, even though it is not Yamahai 🤣. I wonder if Okura has Yamahai even though it doesn't say anything else about it?

まつちよHello bouken 😆 Is it left over from last year's Okura fair? The Jinriki set is very peculiar 🤭.

boukenHi Matsuchiyo 😃 I think it's probably left over from the fair😅 I read your review and I thought your impression of No.1 and No.8 were reversed 🤔. Maybe I got them mixed up while I was taking pictures 🤣.

まりえWe told them that we wanted a sake that could be enjoyed with cheese and sausage, and they chose this one. The color is yellow because it is R1BY. It has a nice acidity, umami, and rice flavor, and is even better when heated.

たけさんThis No. 1 has a subdued impression. It may or may not be a mature Okura, and people who are not used to Okura may or may not be able to drink it. Well, it is an Okura after all.

まつちよHello, nice to meet you, Mr. Bamboo 🍶. Is this by any chance an ekimaenomise in Gotodo? I'm jealous🥺. Okura has a lot of personality 😊.

たけさんI compared No. 8 and No. 1, and I was surprised at how different they are depending on the yeast. The No. 8 had a strong acidity, as if to say, "This is the quintessence of Okura! I have to buy this one and take it home.
