Today is the sake event at Fukuno Tori Iidabashi. Due to bad timing, no one was able to gather, so I will enjoy it alone. Yuki no Bijin Junmai Ginjo Summer Shiboritate Nama Sake. It has a light sweet and sour taste. It has a light sweet and sour taste with a refreshing cool sensation that goes through you smoothly. I wonder if it would go well with vegetable dishes.

Modern Sentori Omachi draft. Wow, we are too lucky to have this one. It is fresh and fruity, with a plum-like sweet and sour taste. It has the taste of Omachi, but at the same time, it has the goodness of Sentori.

It's a day when I have to leave work on time, so today I went to FUKU NO TORI in Iidabashi. I should start gathering people for the end-of-month gathering. Today's sake was Tengumai Koku-Label Yamahai Junmai. It has a thick flavor typical of Yamahai, but with a clean aftertaste, it is relatively easy to drink and has a nice mouthfeel. However, there was not enough to fill the glass.

The store was so hectic that I didn't have time to pour it even though it was ready, so it was placed in front of me until a few minutes ago, so I was able to take my time to take a picture of it. I wonder how it feels to be oazuked in front of a sake like this. It was so beautiful and clear, with a gorgeous aroma and acidity. It is indeed a Fukuro-hozuri sake.

Youho Nama Hashiwokake Junmai Unidentified Floating Yeast Brewed with UMA-like expressions, but that's only true because the yeast in the air is used in the process of brewing sake. I was worried about this one, but I went for this one because it is closer to the affected area. It has a strong flavor typical of sake brewing. The astringency and aroma are also quite strong. The taste is very drinkable.

Kagamiyama Junmai, freshly pressed new sake. The manager gave me a free gift because tomorrow is my birthday. Thank goodness. The last remaining cup in the bottle has been exposed to air and has a nice roundness to it. It has a high aroma and sweetness that is typical of new sake, so it's the kind of sake you can drink in a good mood.

I was about to get ready to leave when the manager told me that there had been a reservation cancellation and that I was still good to go. Yay. I added some more sake to my order. Nanbu Bijin Special Junmai. I sometimes drink this sake, but it is delicious, isn't it? It was in the fridge that won't be opened tomorrow, so it might not be available tomorrow.

Although I will drink a lot of new sake, draft sake, and orikarumi tomorrow, I still want to drink today if there is any sake I can drink. So, Gichigi Gohyakumangoku Junmai Harajuku Orikarami. It has a pungent and bitter taste with a hint of lees. It tastes like it was made for this time of year. The texture of the lees is not so strong, so it is much easier on the palate.

I'm very tired after working very late today, so I'm going to drink some good sake and win the race. So I went to Fukuno Tori Iidabashi. Tedorigawa Autumn Junmai. This is the autumn sake of Tedorigawa. The umami and spiciness spread gradually. This is the taste of hiyaoroshi. It is also nice that the tingling feeling of alcohol lingers around the tongue for a long time.
