Yuki no Bijin Junmai Ginjo Summer Shiboritate Nama Sake. It has a light sweet and sour taste. It has a light sweet and sour taste with a refreshing cool sensation that goes through you smoothly. I wonder if it would go well with vegetable dishes. もふりーとModern Sentori Omachi draft. Wow, we are too lucky to have this one. It is fresh and fruity, with a plum-like sweet and sour taste. Today's sake was Tengumai Koku-Label Yamahai Junmai. It has a thick flavor typical of Yamahai, but with a clean aftertaste, it is relatively easy to drink and has a nice mouthfeel. However, there was not enough to fill the glass. もふりーとThe store was so hectic that I didn't have time to pour it even though it was ready, so it was placed in front of me until a few minutes ago, so I was able to take my time to take a picture of it. Today's special sake is Otokoyama Gin-Sen from Yamaguchi Prefecture. When we say Otokoyama in the Fukunotori family, we don't mean Hokkaido, but this one. It has a mild sweetness and umami flavor. もふりーとAnother sake from Ishikawa Prefecture, Kikuhime. This is a sake that I would like to have at the first glass because of its name, but, well, you never know.
It has a strong umami and caramel-like richness. It has a very drinkable mouthfeel. But it comes on smoothly. もふりーとYouho Nama Hashiwokake Junmai Unidentified Floating Yeast Brewed with UMA-like expressions, but that's only true because the yeast in the air is used in the process of brewing sake. I was worried about this one, but I went for this one because it is closer to the affected area.
