I am really happy to open the mouth with a seasonal sake. It has a light yet rich aroma with a great sense of coolness. It is full of sweetness and has a nice sharpness. It's delicious. もふりーとWork is over and it's time for a drink. Today I went to FUKUNOTORI Iidabashi.
Today's special sake is Otokoyama Gin-Sen from Yamaguchi Prefecture. When we say Otokoyama in the Fukunotori family, we don't mean Hokkaido, but this one. It has a mild sweetness and umami flavor. もふりーとAnother sake from Ishikawa Prefecture, Kikuhime. This is a sake that I would like to have at the first glass because of its name, but, well, you never know.
It has a strong umami and caramel-like richness. It has a very drinkable mouthfeel. But it comes on smoothly. もふりーとYouho Nama Hashiwokake Junmai Unidentified Floating Yeast Brewed with UMA-like expressions, but that's only true because the yeast in the air is used in the process of brewing sake. I was worried about this one, but I went for this one because it is closer to the affected area.
It has a strong flavor typical of sake brewing. The astringency and aroma are also quite strong. The taste is very drinkable. もふりーとKagamiyama Junmai, freshly pressed new sake. The manager gave me a free gift because tomorrow is my birthday. Thank goodness.

Today's sake is Koshino-Kanbai Normal Sake White Label. It is reasonably priced, but it is a Niigata sake. It is delicious. And the alcohol is soft. もふりーとSawaya-Matsumoto Moribashira. It has a crisp, light, dry taste, a slight gassy feeling, and a subtle sweetness that climbs up from the back. A richly flavored sake. もふりーとUrakasumi Junmai Dry. It is a familiar sake, but when you drink it when you are tired, the deliciousness will soak into you. It has a sense of calmness and lightness, and the tiredness flows away with it. もふりーとI'm very tired after working very late today, so I'm going to drink some good sake and win the race. Tedorigawa Autumn Junmai. This is the autumn sake of Tedorigawa. The umami and spiciness spread gradually. This is the taste of hiyaoroshi. It is also nice that the tingling feeling of alcohol lingers around the tongue for a long time. もふりーとMusho reincarnation. This graphical etiquette is cool. It seems to be popular among young people.
