Kagamiyama Junmai, freshly pressed new sake. The manager gave me a free gift because tomorrow is my birthday. Thank goodness.
The last remaining cup in the bottle has been exposed to air and has a nice roundness to it. It has a high aroma and sweetness that is typical of new sake, so it's the kind of sake you can drink in a good mood.
