Youho Nama Hashiwokake Junmai Unidentified Floating Yeast Brewed with UMA-like expressions, but that's only true because the yeast in the air is used in the process of brewing sake. I was worried about this one, but I went for this one because it is closer to the affected area.
It has a strong flavor typical of sake brewing. The astringency and aroma are also quite strong. The taste is very drinkable.
