まつちよFirst time for Kibotsukuru.
Sake from the town of Kiyama in Saga Prefecture🍶.
I remember going to a grass ski resort in Kiyama when I was a kid, and when I looked it up, there was a brewery at the foot of it⛷.
The first aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a refreshing sourness (white malted rice?) and a refreshing juicy sweetness. and a refreshing juicy sweetness.
It is similar to shi-bi-en winter of Kanbokuto, which is also made with white malted rice, and can be enjoyed in a big gulp.
Recently, I've been seeing Tsuru-labeled sake in Tokyo, so I'd like to catch it and drink it in various ways.

まつちよNext is "Kitakami Yakkyoku" in the middle of the Takudora set.
The initial aroma is slightly sweet and sour with a hint of acidity.

I just found out about it late last year when the owner of my favorite bar told me about it 😙.
He was serving it in his restaurant at the time and he said the taste swings were pretty big 😂. まつちよI forgot the Takudra set😅.
Let's start with the first one on the left, "Denki Bosatsu".
The top aroma is sweet with a hint of maturity.
In the mouth, it has an elegant sweetness and umami that is typical of daiginjos, while being moderately sweet.

In the mouth, the sweetness is quite subdued, with a slightly matured flavor and acidity like that of Shaoxing sake.
It has the flavor and acidity of aged Hanaboe or Okura Yamahai, but easier to drink...but only perverted sake lovers would understand that 😅. まつちよNext is the middle "Viktor throw to knee cross lock".
The top aroma is like rice and koji mold with a slight acidity.
In the mouth, there is a slight sweetness of rice with a nigori rice flavor.
It finishes with a hint of acidity.
It was refreshing and delicious.
I think it ranks high among the nigori-style new sake I have had recently. ひるぺこGood evening, Matsuchiyo-san. I also went to the Kikumori fair. ✌️ I thought Kikumori might be a good sake for Viktor's first drink 😊. まつちよGood evening Peco 🍶.

In the mouth, it has a moderate sweetness, a strong umami, and a beautiful acidity that is typical of No. 6 yeast, and it finishes with a crisp finish.

I haven't posted all of them yet, but aside from the labels, the perverted sake level was nothing compared to Okura and Hanaboe 🤣.

The holy place in Hamamatsucho 🙌 Ookura山廃特別純米 ひとごこち 直汲み 麹四段無濾過生原酒 まつちよThe last one is an oddball sake with a Sake Degree of -23 and an Acidity of 5.0 🍶.
The first aroma is sweet like amazake.
In the mouth, it has a thick sweetness and richness with a sourness and bitterness that slowly fades away.
The bitterness at the end is a bit like grapefruit.
It was delicious 🍶.
I thought Okura's particular concept on the menu, "eternal chuunibyou" was a strange thing to say.
Maybe all perverted drinkers are chuunibyou.

I've seen past Asano Sake Shop posts that they have an Okura Fair every 6 months or so, so maybe then.

In the mouth, one senses a little bit of the aged taste that is typical of Okura, but it is elegant for an Okura with the full-bodied sweetness and beautiful acidity that is typical of the delicate Aizan.

I started with Edo yeast.
The first aroma was mildly sweet.
