I requested something a little sweeter and here it is!
My first Shirasugi Shuzo, a sake from Kyoto!
This time, I took a sip 🙄 as it was characterized by a sweet and sour taste like an apple 🍎.
It is indeed a nice sweetness, like 🍎 if you ask me 🤔.
I'm sure that's a complete assumption 🤣.
The sweet and sour taste makes my heart swoon ❣️

The image is said to be 🍊, but I don't think it's a quintessential mandarin 🤣.

I was not surprised at all.

This one is a bit drier.

I was a little bit hungry 🤣.
It was my first Nanamizu and it's very comfortable to drink.
I also found Yamadanishiki and Omachi, I'll try them next time ❗

It has a soft sweetness, but it's pretty dry 😋.
It is said to be active nigori, but I don't think the gasiness is that strong (maybe it was a little too long 🤔).
It's also very good nigori sake that can be drunk easily (^^)d N.EIt's been a while since I've had sake 🙌!
So I had to inject some energy into my parched body and went for 12 different kinds that day 🤣!
As it was the Nanbu Bijin Fair, we ordered 3 sake tasting sets first!

After having had a dry sake, it had a moderate sweetness on the surface that made me feel at ease 😋.
It has a strong umami flavor, but the acidity gives it a sharpness, so it wasn't too heavy. N.E.

Hiragana, English, and of course Kanji 😉.
This sake was selected by the manager to go well with the crabmeat ☝.
The strong umami or dryness of the sake is not overpowered by the richness of the crabmeat and asserts the deliciousness of each other ❗
But they didn't fight with each other at all, they had a synergistic effect. 👍️

I finally got to drink my first "Takachiyo" this time 😍 and unexpectedly I got "Takachiyo" & "Takachiyo" too 🤣.

I heard that the concept of this one is fragrant ginjo-shu, but unfortunately I have a cold today and my nose can't pass through it, so the aroma is disappointing 😥.

I stopped by this restaurant while I had some business nearby 😆(first visit).
The first cup was the Hiragana "Takachiyo".
The sweetness was not as strong as I expected, but the juiciness was more pronounced 🙄 The orikashi was light and smooth 🙄.
The orikiri is also light and has a smooth flavor. ベルゲンI went to the Sentori Fair at Asano Sake Shop.
I had a great time comparing 6 different kinds of SENKYO.
I am still a sake novice and most of them were new to me, but all six were delicious...! It is interesting to compare the different tastes. I checked in with the classic one, which was my favorite. The aroma, sweetness, and sourness were just right for my taste. It's fun to drink outside! I want to go back! 
mayuI said, "I want a Manotsuru that's still shuwa shuwa shuwa," and they opened a new one for me. It's Asano Sake Shop in Hamamatsucho (thanks again 😭).

The moment I put it in my mouth, I felt "sweet fresh water".
It brings back memories of biting into sugar cane in Okinawa. And the strange thing is that it has this thick, hot spring water-like texture on the tongue. It leaves a thin, thick film like hyaluronic acid in the mouth. This is a new texture for me. Fruity yet creamy. Yellow melon? Creamy and fruity, like melted powdered sugar. No bitterness. I would love to give this to a young girl who wants to try sake. I am sure she would say it is delicious!
