This one certainly has a 🍍feel to it 😋.
It's not too sweet, but the sourness and bitterness are very fruity.
This is one you can't miss every year. 👍️ N.ESince it was Children's Day, we drank as adults.
Next, a bottle of sake that the manager left to me!
I had only had two Ehime sake so it was a good selection: 👍️
The first sip was a fruity one that I liked 😋.
Not too sweet, but rather a little spicy 🤔.
No sharp characteristics, but it was easy to drink and easy to pair with other wines. 
N.EIt was Children's Day, so we drank adult beverages.
On this day, I visited Asano-san for the Mimuro Cedar Fair that I was looking forward to following the Kaze no Mori Fair last week😍.
And what a surprise,
I was told that the Mimuro Cedar Fair was only available at the Umeda and Kyoto stores in the Kansai area 😭.
I had no choice but to get myself together and rummage around in the cellar 👀.
Okay, it's been a while since we've had Fukushima sake, so our first stop was Nagurayama!
The only island in Lake Inawashiro seen from Mt. Nagura looks like a whale, hence the name "LAKE x WHALE?

It's 857, so it was like a nice spread of flavors and complexity in a good way 😋.

On the day I met Senzuke, my real reason for visiting was because they were having a Kaze no Mori fair 😄.
We entered the restaurant just before closing, so our time limit was 30 minutes 💦.
I drank 8 kinds in total, so it was more like pouring them down the sink than tasting them 🤣.
So I can't write a review of the taste 🙏.

Next up is a Junmai Daiginjo for the main course.
Swirling the glass, you can enjoy the aroma of ginjo.
The taste is not too sweet and not too dry, but just right for a medium sized cup.
The fruity flavor is as good as the rumor says. 👍️

I met Senzuke in Tokyo on a business trip to Kansai the other night, who I couldn't meet in Osaka & Amagasaki (Hyogo) 🤣.
My first Senzuke 🙌!
First up was the white malted rice active nigori 😆.
I could feel the bubbly and fizzy sensation!
Even though it's nigori, it's light and has just the right amount of sweetness 😋.

I had a bottle of this Hi-ire the other day, but this time it is a Nama Sake😍.
When I drank the hi-ire version, I was surprised at how clear it was with 90% polished rice. I was so surprised....
So when I heard that it was a nama sake, my expectations were high💓.
I was convinced that there was no doubt even before I drank it 👀 when I saw the color of the sake in the glass ❗
Because I love light nigori 🥰 lol
It's refreshing, clear and fresh in the mouth, and with the characteristic acidity, there's nothing else to do but to drink it without saying a word 🤫.

The taste is light and sweet at first, but as you drink it, it spreads to a fuller sweetness and you can feel the depth of its umami 😋.
It is not heavy on the palate and is very refreshing and comfortable to drink. 👍️
The sharpness is mild due to the soft acidity, and it has a good finish that leaves a lingering aftertaste. N.E.
This one is a little sweeter than the previous Kyokutaka, and the slight carbonation and acidity make it more refreshing⁉😋.

I tried this one too because it was so good!
The rice used for the sake was "Hanasoui" and this is "Akita Sake Komachi".
The taste is similar, but this one has a little more sweetness, umami, and acidity 🤔.
