The last one is an oddball sake with a Sake Degree of -23 and an Acidity of 5.0 🍶.
The first aroma is sweet like amazake.
In the mouth, it has a thick sweetness and richness with a sourness and bitterness that slowly fades away.
The bitterness at the end is a bit like grapefruit.
It was delicious 🍶.
I thought Okura's particular concept on the menu, "eternal chuunibyou" was a strange thing to say.
Maybe all perverted drinkers are chuunibyou.

Next is Aizan.
The top aroma is faintly sweet.
In the mouth, one senses a little bit of the aged taste that is typical of Okura, but it is elegant for an Okura with the full-bodied sweetness and beautiful acidity that is typical of the delicate Aizan.
It was delicious 🍶.
The menu says apple🍎 but I didn't feel the apple feeling... 🍎.

I asked for 90ml of the three easy-to-drink sets because I have been curious about these sakes for a while 🍶.
I started with Edo yeast.
The first aroma was mildly sweet.
When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the juicy sweetness and acidity.
Then, there is a mysterious milky overtone aroma.
This overtone is really a mysterious aroma.
It was just plain delicious.
The menu says "kyoho" as if it were a grape, but I didn't feel the fruitiness at all... 🍇.

In the mouth, it has a mild, full-bodied sweetness and strong acidity.
It also has a little bit of a peculiarity with a sense of maturity like Okura's Shaoxing sake, but it was quite tasty 🍶.

I heard from bouken that you can compare Okura at Asano Sake Shop in Hamamatsucho, so I went there.
The sake tasting set was only 30ml, so I ordered 45ml of the three peculiar types of Shinriki.
The first aroma was like Shaoxing sake with a hint of sourness.
