First time for Kibotsukuru.
Sake from the town of Kiyama in Saga Prefecture🍶.
I remember going to a grass ski resort in Kiyama when I was a kid, and when I looked it up, there was a brewery at the foot of it⛷.
The first aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a refreshing sourness (white malted rice?) and a refreshing juicy sweetness. and a refreshing juicy sweetness.
It is similar to shi-bi-en winter of Kanbokuto, which is also made with white malted rice, and can be enjoyed in a big gulp.
Recently, I've been seeing Tsuru-labeled sake in Tokyo, so I'd like to catch it and drink it in various ways.

Next is "Kitakami Yakkyoku" in the middle of the Takudora set.
The initial aroma is slightly sweet and sour with a hint of acidity.
In the mouth, there is a characteristic sourness and sweetness with a thick, thick texture.

I think it ranks high among the nigori-style new sake I have had recently.

I've been to the Asano Sake Shop Hamamatsucho to compare the weird label sake 🍶.
We started with the first one on the left, "Au for postmortem saké".
The top aroma is slightly sweet with a hint of maturity.
In the mouth, it has a moderate sweetness, a strong umami, and a beautiful acidity that is typical of No. 6 yeast, and it finishes with a crisp finish.
It has a strange label, but it is a slightly dry sake that tastes good in general.
