This sake was selected by the manager to go well with the crabmeat ☝.
The strong umami or dryness of the sake is not overpowered by the richness of the crabmeat and asserts the deliciousness of each other ❗
But they didn't fight with each other at all, they had a synergistic effect. 👍️
The dry taste is very sharp 👌
