Tonight we went to Otsuka to eat anaguma. This is the second one at Jizake or Motto, which the wife had seen in a magazine and wanted to go. This one was also cold sake. I don't remember drinking Tottori sake. Maybe it was the first time? I took a sip and was surprised at how punchy it was. I thought it seemed to be high in alcohol, but when I looked at the back label, I saw that it was between 20 and 21 degrees ‼️, which is quite good. However, as I drank more, the unique nigori flavor of rice won out and I didn't mind the alcohol content. The amberjack daikon has a gentle flavor with a hint of sweetness. It is a type I have never had before. The Ezo-shika deer cutlet was rare and tender 🎵.

Tonight we went to Otsuka to eat anaguma. The first one at Jizakeya Motto, which the wife had seen in a magazine and wanted to go. Wataya in Miyagi. They seem to specialize in heated sake, but we started with cold sake. It was drier than I expected. The aroma was subdued and calm. A great sake for a mealtime drink that doesn't interfere with the food. Goes well with sashimi. Since it was my first visit, I chose a course that included Anakuma and other specialties of the restaurant. The three sashimi dishes were tuna (red and medium fatty tuna), seared bonito with chives and soy sauce koji glaze, and grilled amberjack with charcoal salt. All were absurdly delicious and perfect with a side of sake ✨.

The third drink of the second house in Otsuka. I dared to order "Hioki Sakura" which I often drink at home. Then came a kind I didn't know👍. Polishing ratio 90%, not very polished. This is the best part of drinking outside 😌. I love Otsuka, which is said to be a sacred place for sake.

The second drink at the second Otsuka restaurant was requested by the waitress with a recommendation. Fusozuru. The waitress said, "You can drink it forever. It is gentle, but has a strong flavor, and warms up well. The shiny sashimi platter is also delicious👍.

Otsuka, ladder to the second house. This is Jizake Ya Motto. If Edoichi focuses on classic heated sake, then this is another place that focuses on heated sake. If Edoichi focuses on classic heated sake, this store again emphasizes heated sake, but with heavy San'in, Tottori, and Shimane sake as the main Benten Musume is the mainstay of the menu, so we ordered it. A nice warmed sake that is unquestionably drinkable and robust 👍.

KURO-EMON XVI Yamahai Junmai Genzake The current name is Kuroemon XVI. We had this at a meeting of aged sake at Jizakeya Kodama. I didn't expect to be able to drink Jugodai! It is a Yamahai pure rice sake with a solid base, so it has withstood the 12 years of aging and matured nicely. It tastes great warmed up. #Kurouemon XVI #JugendaiKuroemon ★★★★

This is delicious. It has a mild, moderate acidity and a bit of bitterness. It is a similar type to my favorite Mucho Tensho Tengumo. It goes well with soups and soup stock. Shiitake and maitake mushrooms would also go well. Guanylic acid and glutamic acid types are good. Mildly bitter, smouldering A+++.

此君 純米吟醸 紺ラベル 無濾過生原酒 (全量玉栄・6号酵母) 29BY 仕事帰りに大塚で次男とサシ飲み。1軒目のおでん屋さんはワイン。ハシゴして2軒目は地酒屋もっと。お燗酒の2本目は私の故郷のお酒。実家のお隣の蔵です。 こちらは丹澤山よりもう少しぬるめの温度のように思いましたが、強さ(硬くはない)のある酒質で、先程の柔らかさとは好対照な、旨みが強くて芯のある味わい。 1本目が外に向かってふわぁ〜っと開いていくような味わいでしたが、こちらは内側にギューっと凝縮していくような味わいだと思いました。 とても美味しいです。

丹澤山 山廃純米酒 凛峰 2014年度醸造 備前雄町 火入 仕事帰りに大塚で次男とサシ飲み。1軒目のおでん屋さんはワイン。ハシゴして2軒目は地酒やもっと。お燗酒の1本目がこちら。 かなり熱めの燗で出てきましたが、裏ラベルでは60度を推奨してますね(*_*) 柔らかくて美味しいです! 馬刺しに良く合います。
